Love love love this place! Great family environment, excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and best of all ... the ice cream sammies are the BEST! This is a great place to go to for an after dinner treat, as you can sit on the patio outside to enjoy the nighttime weather or go for a walk around downtown Chandler where you can usually hear live bands playing music. Parking is actually pretty good too especially for how busy this part of Chandler can get.

I came here around 8 pm on a week day and it was relatively busy. The ordering system can be a little confusing at first but the staff is very nice and helpful. There are tons of options for cookies as well as ice cream and they let you try out some flavors before picking. The cookies and ice cream are delicious. The indoor seating is somewhat limited and because the entrance is also the exit, it can be a little awkward trying to get in and out.

My first, and only, time eating here was not a good experience at all. I hate to be rude but when I tried their ice cream it was sour like old milk and it gave me a major stomach ache and I could not get the ghastly taste out of my mouth. I would recommend anything but here. Their service is mediocre and their ice cream was not up to par. Maybe next time Sammies

Very good!! Everything is handmade on site, cookies were still warm from the oven. Ice cream isnt overly rich or sweet and they have a variety of unique flavors. If youre in the area its worth checking out! One sandwich is big enough to share, and they have a lovely patio seating area in back.

This little hole in the wall ice cream place was so good! You get to build your own ice cream "Sammie" by choosing fresh baked cookies, ice cream and toppings. The workers were friendly and patient as my party sampled ice cream and made our decision. Highly recommend this place!

We tried the ice cream Sammies and we were not that impressed. Ice cream tasted more like ice milk and too much cookie. I felt like I was eating cookies and frozen milk. Much prefer McMahons for the real homemade ice cream flavor and atmosphere.

Homemade brownies, cookies, and ice cream were all delicious. Great idea and excellent taste, I enjoy that they have a sign for daily specials (milkshake Monday, waffle cone Wednesday etc). Only downside was the rude little girls as staff.

Its off the beaten path of Downtown Chandler but well worth the extra steps. Delicious cookies are merged with rich, silky smooth ice cream for a wonderful treat. Their patio is the perfect sanctuary from the toils of everyday.

Simple, inexpensive with a nice little courtyard out back. A decent number of combinations of cookies, ice cream flavors and toppings. Not a lot of drinks though. Everyone was quick and courteous and the ice cream tasted great!

A little too expensive, cookies get too hard while the ice cream melts. Dont take small kids, theyll end up throwing away about $4.50 of the $5+ sammie. The ice cream was pretty good at least, but not worth the price tag.

Great little spot with a clean and cozy interior. The ice cream and cookies were superb as well. Everything there was made from scratch and it tastes that delicious. Only knock on it is that it was quite expensive.

The brownie bowl is bomb!! Ice cream is just right. Creamy and soft not too sweet. My boys love coming here and since they are teenagers I dont mind the price just to spend time with them. Staff is very nice too!!!
