So we ordered it cake from the last year and they messed up on the cake& ice cream it was not what we pick.so we decided to try again this year i went to the store in person to order this time then after we left they call to say the size cake that I picked they dont have it but they make it one size biger for the same price so i have my husband pick the cake he get home i find out that it a smaller size a cake for 4ppl and yet we will be having about 12ppl for the party. thanks alot.

The employee didnt know how to do the Sundae Bogo for $0.99 coupon and ended up charging me double. I explained that she did it wrong, but she said that it wouldnt let her correct it after she had already charged my gift card. The experience was suppose to be a nice treat, but instead turned out to be rather unpleasant. Update: I left my number for manager to call and he offered to refund me the amount I was over charged. Increasing from 2 stars to 3.

This morning around 11:00 I stopped at the B&R on Greenfield and Main--been there several times. The girl behind the counter was on the phone, completely ignored me, and kept talking. I left after several minutes--unlikely to return. Once upon a time Customer Service was more than a phrase. Now its not even that.

Great place to get your ice cream fix! Plenty of flavors, and many options on how to put everything together. Love the waffle cones! All with great service! I personally think this Baskin Robbins gives you the biggest scoops!
