If I could give them 0 stars I would. The ice cream is amazing and their customer service skills are horrendous. When I walked in tonight I smiled and the guy working rolled his eyes at me. They act like you are inconveniencing them by being there. We are repeat customers, once a week. I am very close to never going again. They also turn their coolers to where the ice cream is melted before they even scoop it. They only fill the ice cream cups 75%. If you dare to ask them to please fill it up they get very irritated, and maybe add a nickel size scoop. I ordered and paid for cupcakes online, it said they would be ready at 5:00. I went to get them and they said they didnt have any. They wouldnt refund my money. Worst coldstone I have ever gone too. Everyone but the younger girl needs to be fired and they need to hire people who have customer service skills.

There were 4 of us there along with 5 in another group, 4 in another and two sets of 2 people ahead of us plus 3 behind us. The girl behind the counter was magnificent! She was totally by herself which as a parent I dont like for safety-sake and she kept her cool and was pleasant to everyone who came in. However Coldstone what is wrong with you only having one person working on a Sat afternoon that was nice weather...duh lots of people! Dont be so cheap Hire more people!

I love Coldstone and have had good experiences at this location but not today. They wouldnt punch my Coldstone card because they said it was from Jordan Commons? I use the same card for everywhere. Their sign shows that they have sugar free chocolate and even has a price. When I asked which was sugar free they told me they dont have any anymore. Disappointed.

Cold Stone is my favorite place to get ice cream. Everything is custom and made to order. The business plan is solid and the servers always are happy and ready to help. Not to mention they are fast at what they do. I personally enjoy their oatmeal cookie ice cream with a twix mixed in. Best place for ice cream in Utah.

Wow! I dont know if there was a change in management or what, but all the employees are new faces and they are all amazing people! Free samples of apples brought out multiple times and very good service all the way around! Very positive and happy employess!

Variety of ice cream is average, mix insurance are average ...compared to Cold Rock in Australia which has more flavours including Baileys etc....better and more mix insurance in Australia.
