This place is very bad their customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!! My order was delayed 1.5 hours and they couldnt at least have the courtesy to bother calling and let me know they were behind at least by them calling one can understand and not get aggravated when they already have people hungry waiting for the food, then i cancel my order and i ask the lady whats your name she gives me her false name, then i asked them for their manager name they give me another fake name. This place is being runned by immature kids probably that all they go there for is just to get out their house. The owner probably hires them to save money because i really doubt he would pay their customer service top dolla for the things they do. Finally today i reach the "real manager" and she took my info and she would pass it to her "manager" which i assume is going to be another run around. I have bought from this place numerous times and to get the service and run arounds i have received is not goot thats how businesses loose customers it all starts one by one. Then they ask how they loose if they were doing well. It all starts from their service that completely was garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People avoid their restaurant, make them learn how to run a business!!!!

Went about a week ago. Food was bland and some sides under-done. I read older reviews about the unfriendly older lady that runs the place, all true. They took my phone order at 10:45 am. Got there around 11:20, not ready. Didnt walk out of the place til about 11:50. And the whole time Im waiting I keep catching that same older woman (I think the owners mother-in-law?) PICKING PIECES OFF THE CHICKEN JUST OFF THE BBQ STILL IN THE ROTISSERIE GRATES!!!! That was it for me. I will NEVER go back here. Actually I need to recant about the food...the french fries were great!

Second time I get delivered since the take over in Cranford , NJ. Order was wrong , no napkins , no forks , knifes and spoons. No barbeque sauce. They also forgot the bottle water I ordered and when I called , she said she was going to send the driver back, I am 5 mins away , he came back 50 minutes later. Check # 1687 on 5/3/2015. Never had issues when it was Cranford Barbeque. The meat was ok and a bit salty. Thanks!

Ordered food at 6pm, still have not received it around 730, so I call to see what is going on. Girl tells me delivery driver couldnt find my address so he brought the food back to the store and never bothered to call me. She says they will reheat my food, because it was ice cold, but it would take another 45 minutes to send it over. NO WAY! Awful service! Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

My daughter just ordered from this place. An hour goes by, she called and they said the driver just left. Now 1 1/2 hours after placing the order , she calls again and still no delivery.. finally she gets the food, ice cold. I remember this place very differently than the way its being managed now. Really poor customer service, quality of food is not the same.

The two stars are only because their food is good. Their customer service is PATHETIC! Those miserable GIRLS that work the front need to get their act together and be grateful they have a job. Weve been ordering from them for awhile now and are never happy with their customer service. Too bad there arent too many Portuguese spots around.

***Update the menu on your website please. When youre placing a business lunch order, its inconvenient to be surprised when the total doesnt match the budget based on an incorrect/ outdated menu*** Also, the delivery was about 1.5 hours. Thats a bit excessive... Besides this, the food was pretty good...

I order from these guys frequently. The delivery guys are always on point, and know once they see my address to make sure theres hot sauce in the bag. The food is good, I recommend the pork picadinho (pork casserole) and the empanadas -- loads of flavor. I only wish I could learn how to cook my own.
