Mom and I had breakfast there last week and the entire experience was horrible! The hot coffee was bitter with a long-lingering aftertaste. We asked for a different pot and got the same bad coffee. Despite water glasses on all the tables, none was offered, so we finally asked for water. We were brought an old milk bottle filled with water but no ice! The food was some of the worst Ive ever had. I ordered a chorizo and green chile omelet and what was served was an egg crepe folded in half with ingredients inside. Maybe a tablespoon of chorizo and a few chili pieces. You call this an omlete!!!! Are you kidding me??? The fruit cup that came with it contained fruit left in the fridge or on a counter to dry out! Yuck!!! I will NEVER go there again.

Horrible!!!, Me and my mom decided to goto the First Watch at the Promendade for the first time we have tried the First Watch in Scottsdale which is Excellent has Excellent service and food is Excellent!! First Watch at the promenade was busy but it didnt take long to get a table they didnt clean the table very well and didnt bring us silverware and coffee mugs. They finally got us coffee after 5 minutes and then we ordered our food. We kept on waiting for our food to show up it was almost 45 minutes no food!!!! We left service sucked !!! We went someplace to eat!!!

I tried ordering a mildly healthy breakfast but it didnt quite work out for me. Their "tri-athlete" offering was super bland- lacked flavor, crunch or really any taste. I dont healthy food should equal bland food, so I am putting this on them. My friends meals were all OK but nothing to rave about. Since it was their brunch time, the place was quite packed which resulted in our server completely neglecting us. We often had to hunt her down for coffee and water, which made our experience pretty sub-par. I wouldnt return.

The best First Watch in the valley, actually, my favorite breakfast restaurant in the Valley. Consistently the best value due to great quality food portion size & good service. The The only thing I wish theyd change is to allow people substitute pancakes for the toast, for a reasonable uncharge. You have to buy separate, but other breakfast restaurants allow this so its disappointing to hear this from my favorite breakfast place. But, I still love you guys and always will continue bring people here!

We had the kids Crepe, a bowl of tomato basil soup and the biscuits with turkey gravy. The food was good. The fruit in the crepe was fresh and the yogurt sauce very tasty. The crepe itself wasnt a pleasing texture. The soup was excellent and the biscuits fresh but being used to pork sausage gravy it was a good but different flavor. The fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices were very good.

Ive had breakfast here a few times... Not sure why we dont eat here more often. The food is always good, and fresh, and the service is great. They have a wide range of healthy menu items to choose from, and some outdoor seating, which is nice during the winter.
