Enough is enough. Two days in a row they got my order wrong. Its simple, an Everything Bagel, toasted with butter and Strawberry cream cheese or smear as they call it . The first time they put strawberry jam, the second time they put plain. Oh, and when I pointed out it was the wrong flavor, they scraped it off and put on the strawberry. Come on, really? This isnt rocket science. I usually stop at this store at 5;00 am on my way home from work. At this point Im tired and really not in the mood to deal with problems. So this morning Im on my way home from work, and Im thinking bagel. But Einsteins has left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. And Im thinking, what to do..... what to do, mmmm......... Just then I pass a Dunkin Donuts, and I think, mmmm, maybe they have bagels, guess what? They do! So I order my usual and not only was it almost a dollar less, I didnt even have to get out of my car, Drive thru! Moral of the story, Einstein Bros Bagels bad, Dunkin Donut bagels good.

The staff was very busy this Saturday morning. I accidently spilled my orange juice all over the table as I was trying to put my straw in. I felt really bad because they were very busy and the last thing I wanted was for them to have to clean my mess. I asked for a rag so I could clean it myself but Codi came over to clean it with a genuine smile on her face. She was working a cash register and kindly told the other guests that she would be right with them. She assured me it was no problem and even ask that I grabbed a new cup of orange juice. Thank you Codi for being so kind!

Extremely unhappy with my visit to this location. Not only did they not have any plain bagels but the employee at the cash register was rude when I asked if they had any just made or in the back. She said "what you see is what you get". I was settled with a different type of bagel however they did not toast it like I requested. Do not plan on EVER going back to this store.

Manager on Scottsdale road and Lincoln very accommodatIng as I can only drink decaf. He sold me small bags of what they use in coffee dispensers. I wish you would sell bags of decaf at your locations. I relocated to this area and me right my husband go there at least every other day. Thank you for making the smoothest coffee and best coffee.

Dont even think about calling them! Tried for 15 minutes to put in a to go pick up order on my way to work and they just let the phone ring. Absolute joke Correction: management disconnects the phones. While inside I called to listen for the phone and it never rings. Happens every Sunday. Well done, management

We tried the new improved coffe this morning...WE like the old darn...good coffe had more flavor..We love our bagel mornings at this bagel shop..We look forward to the coffee..We hope they bring the good coffee back.If not we will still go cause we like the great people that work there too.

I usually love Einsten Bros, but every time I come here, the staff is exceptionally unfriendly - as if Im inconveniencing them - and my food is always, always cold. For the prices, I expect better, so I tend to avoid this location at all cost now. There are many better options in the area.

My absolute favorite place to get coffee in the morning! Everyone is so friendly and they recognize my husband and I as regulars. Coffee is always amazing and so are the bagels. I will always come here. To me its better than Starbucks and Dutch Bros, thank you for always being awesome!!!

Friendly, hardworking staff that comes in early to make everything fresh. The morning crew knew I rode a motorcycle to work and offered me towels to dry the rain off the bike one morning. One of the single best customer experiences Ive ever had.

The older men who work here are a tad bit creepy. Itd be nice if at the very least they could toast the bagels. Im going to have to start going to a different store with hopefully decent customer service rather than consistently dismissive.

Food takes too long and they dont get it right. Usually I have to take the food with my receipt back. I love the Einsteins on 16th St and Camelback. Jamie is the best and the staff are super courteous and attentive.

Three times I had to go to the counter because our orders were wrong. They didnt even get the blueberry muffin right, employees could care less. Unfriendly to customers. Got to find a better bagel place!

My experiences at other locations has been much better. They didnt have any plain bagels because the baker was not in. I had to settle for a variety and my team was a bit disappointed.

Ordered spinach, mushroom, and Swiss egg sandwich in toasted bagel. Bagel barely toasted, then apparently everything is microwaved so result is an overheated, flavorless dough sponge.
