Waited 15 minutes before asking for food and when I went up there our food was not under the warmer but in the counter getting col. they were attending to the drive through over the eat in customers. We were waiting on 1 thing if curly fries because they were giving them to the drive thru instead and our food was getting cold the fried that were in one of the baskets was cool and old when I went up there I asked her why it was not under the warmer while they were waiting for the fries and she said oh and then she gave them to me and then a few seconds later brought over the curly fries that they were waiting for. Sit down customers should not come last to the drive thru. The food should be sent out based on order some come in because they dont have a car.

Every time theres something messed up with my order. They never put hot sauce on their tacos and when you ask for it at the window they say they will put it in the bag but they dont. That happened a few times to me so I said screw it lets get something else. The other night I bought a grilled chicken salad. However I was given a chicken club salad and the whole purpose of me ordering the grilled chicken salad was because it has no bacon and the club does and Im highly allergic to it. WORST JACK. There are plenty of other better locations. Its not the food really its the people.

The lady at the drive through, Rebecca, was extremely rude. She charged me incorrectly for my meal, she didnt address me with a hello, i pulled up to the drive thru and she just rudely said how much everything was and then gave me my bag. I waited for a farewell response. I said thank you to her and she just waved like i was holding her up when i was just checking everything. I work in customer service and have worked in a drive thru before and i never have experienced or had someone treat me as rudely as that when i was just a normal customer.

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. Started with a 15 minute wait in drive through. With no concern or apology for the wait. Then we get home only to find half the order is wrong. And we didnt order anything custom. A basic #2 and #8 with 10 nuggets. Drive back to the restaurant, to have food remade, wait another 10 minutes, and then they try to buy me off with a free piece of their crappy cheesecake. This is the worst run fast food place I have ever seen. We will not be going back here ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman cashier (a middle aged hispanic woman) was the most vile person and I have gone there twice now and had the worst experiences. I was rushed at the drive through, never told "your welcome" all though I was very polite and said thank you repeatedly. DO NOT GO HERE. The food was terrible as well. It was exceptionally greasy and I found if i tipped a burrito over the grease would flow out in a small stream. Yuck! Save yourself the disappointment.

i was reciently there at 11:23pm.. we took about 20 min in drive they didnot give me my nuggets and asked for my receipt said it was in bag gwt home its not there fries where cold tacos where cold and really hard my burger was all messed the bun on top of the burgwr only covered half the burger i have a long ways drive so i called 5 times exactly no answer really the worst jack i have been to.... doesnt even deserve half a star

Typical fast food restaurant only committed to moving orders quickly in Drive through and ignoring front counter guests. Dont order food in lobby they ignore you for 20 minutes then serve you cold expired product. They were touching food with bare hands and to my knowledge jack in the box haccp doesnt even have hourly handwashing so not i wouldnt recomnend eating here major food safety violation at this locations.

Ordered a large coffee and they gave me a medium. I asked if this was a large and she said "Oh, yes". Funny how its EXACTLY the same size as the medium I got yesterday and how coincidental that I didnt get a receipt. Food was soggy, service was terrible, how hard is it to repeat a customers order back to them and give them their total? Instead I got "Ok, pull up to the window". 1/5 would NOT recommend.

The lettuce in my tacos was dry and brown, my bread was burnt, the chicken was hard and obviously leftover from earlier in the day, and they gave me less than a handful of fries in my munchie meal. Its fast food and I dont expect restaurant quality, but I do expect it to be edible. At least the workers were nice. I dont think Ill be visiting this Jack any time soon.

Terrible employees, dont care, have attitudes, and struggle to operate the register. Tried to split order on 2 different cards.. that became a problem as they didnt know how to do it and screwed it up. Charged half to a card and half as cash. Then wanted to keep my food and told me to go to an ATM to get cash to cover their mistake. Ugh. No thanks.

This particular jack in the box is impressive! i do come here often so its not just a one visit review, i decided to take some of my time to give the propper recognition to the store manager(Carlos), this guy is extremly friendly and greets me by my name, employees are very helpfull, this location is very clean. I reccomend visiting this restaurant.

I cant rate the food because the service was so bad. We went this morning, (never been before!) And never got served. The person in line in front of us never even ordered, and no one came to the counter to offer assistance. Brilliant work. 0/10 wont bother again. PS. The heroin addict dozing in the seating section was a nice touch.

Dont let anyone else tell you otherwise. Jack in the Box is a really good place to go to. Their prices are very arguable, among the other places Ive been to. Their Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger is my personal favorite to get. Their tacos are always good. And their fries are the only ones that compete with McDonalds fries.

Screwed up my order while still charging me for special order, didnt receive receipt and have called for over 30 min and cannot get one of my calls answered. So thank you Jack n box for your horrible service for screwing my order, making me pay for it, and now making me drive back there to attempt to resolve it.

I went to this location today at 9:10am omgoodness.. worst customer service ever there.obvoiusly not trained proper, almost comical to see in person. I stood there.next in line with both my kids..the lady in front was hidding on view for 11 mins.. wow..never will I go to your store again. And I live next to it too

Manager was rude. Bought over $20 of food and she still wanted us to buy something to get two tacos for free. LAME! We also had an coupon for something they didnt even carry. Why give people coupons that dont even exit anymore JACK!? Hate this location. Go to 59th and Olive.
