My husband and I went yesterday and the service was bad. I ordered fried shrimp with the salad and fries, my husband ordered the grilled shrimp with mango and garlic sauce. Well, the waitress brought out his order, told us mine was on its way. My husband finish eating his and nothing of my order was brought to the table, not even the salad. No tea refills, nothing. Then the waitress comes to our table with the ticket, I asked her "and wheres my food?" Shes stares at me and says shell bring it out, I told her dont bother just take it out of the ticket. She ran to the kitchen and comes with salad on one hand and shrimp and fries on the other. I told her "I dont want it anymore" she returns to kitchen, comes out and starts talking to cashiers. They took a long time chatting. My husband said for us to just go to the register paid for what the did brought to us and leave. So we go to the register, sure they took off what I had ordered, but nothing else. No apologies, not anything... I just cant believed how inconsiderate they were. Come on, if you make a mistake and forgot about a customer at least apologize...

As usual I will begin with the “positives”. The restaurant is brand new. The décor is beautiful and classic. The service, while exceptional in application, was perhaps a little “too familiar” for my taste. The lunch specials in particular are adequately priced and the plating of the dishes is above par, even on carry out orders. Then I actually sampled the food, and the love affair ended. The chicken dishes are an extremely low quality of dark meat and often under cooked. The Orange Beef was unpalatable. It was tough, cut entirely too thick for the dish, and tasted of fish. The eggroll, though not overly greasy, was cold in the center. The egg drop soup possessed and odor akin to a lard omelet and was every bit as distasteful. In summation; fire the chef. As far as the exuberant wait staff goes they would do well to remember that customers are not American Idol judges to be auditioned for. Nor are they your old college roommates, as your comfort level of conversational topics might suggest.

I always order from here. Well today I ordered and ended up having to cancel maybe 10 minutes after I called (they told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour before the could deliver) , well they told me they couldnt cancel my order because it already left, which was a lie because I had JUST placed the order. I spoke w/the manager who told me that I need to think about what I was doing and that they couldnt cancel it. I told him that I didnt need the food anymore because my job fed me. He insists that they couldnt cancel it and hangs up in my face. Very bad customer service.

The menu says under each meal to pick rice of your choice. It doesnt say you will be charged for the rice of your choice. I was also told by the head cashier that if the order doesnt suit my needs than I should order from China Spice.I shouldnt be told something like this if you have a problem with what their menu says. I was charged $2.95 for rice that the menu offers. This was a very inappropriate conversation with the cashier. The manager would not help with the problem at all. I feel I was treated unfairly .

Ordered from here lots of times, delivery is a great feature. The last few times the food quality isnt the same as when they first opened. todays order was completely messed up. First of all the order did not come as requested, and when we called to complain of the mix up, I was put on hold and then told that the food I always order, is supposed to be the way it was served this time. Delivery isnt a good enough feature for me to order here again

thick film in my glass.peice of wet napkin on my spoon.food was ok but they were shorthanded so there was no drink to wash it down after the first one.they were nice about it even when I wasnt.they got a few points for that.also Chinese food is very inexpensive to make.they charge too much.not that I paid.I walked out when I couldnt get a refill after five minutes.

For the most part the food was good but less then 24 hours after I ordered my pork Lo mein it was spoiled....I called and the manager didnt want to talk to me at first until I put up a big stink about it......hence nothing was resolved and I had no dinner last night......I do not recommend this place if you plan on having it the next night for dinner!

Its a good presentation at first. Staff is friendly yet slow. Food quality is poor. Had a dirty tea cup as well as a mosquito in my tea pot, which was dirty too. Discrepancies in almost all the food we ordered, non was what Ive had in a hole in a wall restaurant. Restrooms were not maintained either. I will never return to this location.

started out great,,,food was awesome and plentiful. after manager change, you can definitely tell the difference. worrys more about quantity than quality. food is less and cold at times , order out is a nightmare and always wrong,,,Im done with 888,,,hello hibachi grill

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Baytown. Not only do they deliver, but we always get our food piping hot and in a timely manner. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I love this place. I eat here as often as possible because the food is amazing!

Food here is good, not great but good. The reason for the 5 star rating is that they are the best Chinese delivery in Baytown with super fast delivery, and the order is always right. Their dumplings and egg rolls are very good and they have a large selection.

Bought a few trays of food for a large party and was very disappointed by the quality. Definitely this was not the quality of food that I was used to by 888 in Clear Lake and League City. Although the cost was pricey, I did not get any plastic ware either.

I really do like this Chinese Restaurant. I know Houston has a lot of better options, but if you wanting Chinese food in Baytown, Id go here. They are very nice inside as well. I havent had one problem.

Had the Shrimp Lo Mein and a large Egg Drop Soup, I was highly impressed. The food tasted great and the service was very good. We Will return. Quiet atmosphere and plenty of parking.

Dumplings over cooked till they were paste, egg rolls not fresh had a sour taste, wonton soup tasted like water I mean come on how can you call any of this Chinese food
