I wish i didnt have to give them a star at all in order to write this review! My experience from the beginning was bad! They took like 10 minutes for them to even take my order in the drive thru. I had to say "hello anyone there?" Because they werent proffesional enough to ask me to wait a moment. After i told them my order it took another 10 minutes to pay & get my order! Ok, i understand they were busy it was lunch hour. So i let that slide...but when the cashier handed me my drink it was dripping with soda. I looked at her and asked her for a napkin and she said "oh, yeah sorry!" As i was cleaning the mess she had made I noticed there was no ice in the cup! I mentioned that to her and her AWESOME excuse was "my ice machine is broken" then I said "can i speak to your manager? I need ice!" The manager seemed like she didnt want to deal with the situation so she didnt come out...then I asked the cashier if there was any ice in the lobby & she said YES you can come in and get some! "I was like, SERIOUSLY? After I waited this long in the drive thru, you still want me to park, get off, and get some ice myself? I said NO i want to talk to your manager! Then to get me off her case just went to the lobby to get ice herself! I suggest you go elsewhere to eat. Dont waste your time and money here! Or if you really want taco bell go to another location! Trust me it will be worth the drive!

At 11:12p on 6/22/15 As I was making my order through the drive-thru,the cashier behind the mic asked me what Id like to order.After telling him the order,there was a 3 minute pause before he asked me the same question again. I retold my order. He told me my total was $6.77(i have the receipt.) At the window,I gave the cashier $10. The cashier gave me back $3.03(?) I said "thank you baby". -I come from the cajun area of Louisiana,thats how we speak- The cashier shut the door. The Manager(Stated his name was Manny)then came out with my food. Aggressively handing me the bag he said," You need to refrain from talking to us that way.". He then slammed the door in my face as I responded. HE DID NOT GIVE ME MY DRINK.(he did not fulfill the order before being unexplainably rude) I then pulled around to go inside and get the rest of my order that wasnt fulfilled. I did not get an apology for them being rude. Instead I was mocked until I left. By both the employee and the Manager. I am a customer.In America,the customer should NEVER be treated as I was. It speaks a lot of the corporation of Taco Bell to allow there franchise owners to employ employees that treat others badly. I will not being going to this business anymore for anything.

Hola quiero dar las gracias al manager Sr Ricardo Manard por el exelente servicio y trato q recibi muy poco boy a comer hay fui con mis amigas para tener un rico desayuno feu lo mejor q pudimos recibir comida a tiempo cafe atiempo el trato q el leda ala jente wow increible es lo mejor q le puedo decir asta hoy es el mejor manager q e conocido y boy a regresar pronto con ese trató tan bueno regreso y buelbo a regresar y tienda super limpia que bien dirije a su grupo q tiene a cargo Taco bell mmmmmmm

Who is managing this place? The staff does what ever they want and they dont know the menu. The first time i went there some people were on the roof top smoking, during business hours. Then i came around closing and some random guy, who doesnt work there ; sees us getting off our car and runs to the door and closes it. But thats not it, its every night they have more then 5 people after business hours. And its the same people hanging around. Around a week i went to the same place order a Load Potato Griller and it came with bacon which i am allergic too, and wasnt inform. So i took to the manager and i told if they could make me one without. Well she made me pay for a second one. Which in any restaurant, they would just replace it. Plus she didnt even say anything. Or appolygize for not informing me, this say how little she is with customer care. Worst is that I am pregnant and that same day i had my allergy attack and it was to risk for me to take any pills and i end in the hospital!

Seriously? 15 minutes in the drivethru. Would have only been 8 (still terrible considering there was only 2 cars in front of me) but when the lady in front of me decided to add to her order after receiving her food they let her sit right there. Tell her to PULL FORWARD. I didnt end up paying/getting my food because I spent so long in the drive thru my lunch was almost over. While I was waiting at the red light next to the restaurant I glanced over the person behind me was still waiting for their food which should have been completely done by that time (wait over 10min since placing order). Slow as all hell. Dont go here if youre in a rush.

So i went into this location.. There was no wait at first from the beginning at the drive thru the gentleman that took my order was very unprofessional. It sou ded like they were smoking something in there as there were coughing while taking my order and kept apolgizing but it continued then when i came to the window he took my money. Asked about me offroading since my jeep was dirty. Then threw my change in my bag with my food??? I called to complain but there phone is disconnected. Now im sick sitting on the toilet typing this post. Damn lazy bastards. I will be reported this taco bell to the health district.!

This location is an absolute embarrassment to already embarrassing food. Ive literally never had a positive, expedited, accurate experience at this location in the 5 years that I have lived near this Taco Bell. They must be glad the health department doesnt swing by often to see the newly remodeled building be so filthy and disgusting and transient employees that are always present. I now drive to the location miles away and still get served and return home faster than these guys can finish your order. Absolutely Terrible.

Horrible service. People standing around, no idea what to do and how to take care of people. The "Manager" was not able to give me a refund after I waited 25 minutes for three soft shell tacos and I didnt want to wait any more. Every SINGLE ORDER that came out before mine was wrong! Missing items or completely wrong! The guy in the back trying to make the food was slamming his hands down on the table in frustration....not a good sign for anyone.

I really tried giving this location so many chances but their quality of service is a joke. So many times have I waited 15+ minutes in the drive through only to find out they messed up my order. I have driven out of my way to go to the one on 9000 even if its 5PM and the traffic is hell. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to order from the 9000 S. location and take notes on how to efficiently run a franchise.
