The Good: Had the breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese on a pretzel roll. Pretzel roll had great flavor and was amazingly soft. It came with hashed brown potatoes, which is difficult to describe, as most people think of that as being something plain and simple. These were nothing like your ordinary hash browns. They were creamy, seasoned well, filled with flavor, almost like an amazing risotto. All I have to say is you must try this! The Mediocre: Coffee was very watered down (and had multiple cups from different brewed "pots" which were made throughout the time I was there. It was watery, bland, and very weak. I cant say its the worst coffee Ive had, but certainly far from the best. The best breakfast restaurant coffee Ive ever had in AZ is from Morning Squeeze which is a few miles further South on Scottsdale Road in Old Town Scottsdale. The coffee here at Snooze was far from that quality and probably closer to that of a Dennys...but still better than instant coffee, which is the only positive I can think of. The only other negative, which I really hate to take off a star for, as its a tribute to how good the place is and there popularity, IS THE WAIT! I know the place has amazing breakfast food which is unique, like their Drunken Monkey French Toast, but a 55 MINUTE WAIT IS JUST ABSURD FOR ANY BREAKFAST PLACE! ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY HAVE NO PLACE TO ACTUALLY WAIT! I went at a normal breakfast hour, around 830am on a Sunday and it was just ridiculous. I was anxious to try the place, as Ive heard many great reviews, so I waited. It seems like the only way to actually get in and not have to wait almost 1 hour to have breakfast, is to get there upon opening in the AM. A little absurd and quite inconvenient. I will try this place a 2nd time and go earlier, but if I have to wait another HOUR JUST TO BE SEATED, I will probably find an equivalent place to eat, without that kind of a wait. Overall, I highly recommend Snooze for their great food. BUT BE PREPARED TO WAIT A LONG TIME IF YOU GO. The wisest decision seems to go to Starbucks next door, to sit and get a coffee as a "pre-breakfast" during your HOUR WAIT.

Yummers!!! Recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! Fun and quirky retro modern interior with eclectic and fun menu options. I couldnt make up my mind about the pancakes so our waiter suggested the Pancake Flight, a selection of 3 mini servings of different types of pancakes. I chose the blueberry danish, sweet potato, and omg French toast. The sweet potato pancake reminded me of pumpkin pie...mmm! Its a tough pick between the blueberry danish with a crumble topping and the French toast with marzipan filling for my favorite. Mom had a veggie omelette with rye toast. The wait staff was very friendly and engaged in small talk...a good thing since my mom and I are talkers! We arrived early on a Saturday morning and were seated without a wait. When left a little after 8:15am, the place was full with a short line. They offer outdoor seating but we sat indoors as it was already quite warm outside.

Worth every minute of the 30 minute wait time. I should mention I do not like waiting but thats my problem. From the initial greeting with the hostess, being sat, being served, everyone was on the same page and incredibly hospitable. The place is warm and alive and perfect for a good start to the day. Also the food. The Food. We must have switched plates 4 times to share. Corned Beef Hash was outstanding and fresh. The breakfast tacos with chorizo and green chili hollandaise sauce were a good size portion and the plate ended up being wiped clean. Great balanced flavors in both dishes, we ended full but still wanting more and have to return now in order to pick this menu apart. **Our server treated us to the signature "Pineapple Upside-down Pancake" as a nice surprise and I will just say Im better off that I cant order this late at night.

Came in this morning for my very first Snooze experience. It was wonderful! The food was on par, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. There was about a 45-60 minute wait to sit inside, but we were able to get a table out on the patio immediately. While it was a little warm, it was great to see such a long wait for a restaurant that just opened last week. Our server was great and on top of everything. As for the food, it was all outstanding. Between the three of us, we were able to try: Corned Beef Hash Cinnamon Bun pancake (out of this world) Veggie Omelette Hashbrowns Fresh fruit Taco (amazing) Mimosa (full glass which was great for $6) With 3 other locations in the valley, I will definitely return to try out all the other delicious items on the menu!

We were surprised that there was an hour wait which normally we would never do being as we were in Scottsdale from out of town two shop. But the hostess was so cute and personable and the menu look so enticing we decided to hang out next door at Starbucks and have our cup of coffee. It was well worth the wait. Oh my goddess! What a breakfast we had. The sweet potato hash with eggs was fabulous. The hash brown dish folded over with bacon and peppers inside was divine. Then we treated our self to a pancake with pecans and cinnamon butter which was to live for. If youre in North Scottsdale dont miss this unique food experience!

Snooze is a cool little hip joint tucked in Kierland Commons. The breakfast is quite good, although I would say its a little bit overpriced for what you get. They have a nice variety of quality foods though. I appreciated that they are dog friendly in the patio area which can make it or break it if you like to haul your dog everywhere (like me). Downsides to this place is that there is always a lengthy wait and the patio area is a little bit cluttered. We went one time and although the food was great, I think that was just about all the snooze I can handle.

This is probably my favourite breakfast place Ive ever been to in my life to date. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place looks amazing inside. Its great for families, teens and adults of all kind. It was busy when I went and service was amazing. We had 2 mimosas. I got breakfast tacos and a blueberry waffle on the side. My friend got one of the eggs benny dishes. Really enjoyed this place on every level of a great dining experience.

For the area its one of the best places around, kierland has lacked a real breakfast restaurant since it opened. The pancakes and other breakfast items are great, the bacon is the worst bacon I have had the thickness is a little much and to me its just soggy greasy. Thankfully they never have said anything about my bringing coffee from next door. Overall fix the bacon the coffee and turn the music down a little.

Dont waste your time. Its 7:45am on Saturday and we have been seated for 8 minutes and we dont have service yet. Management (short large dude with curly hair) has not bothered to ask us anything. He sees us looking at him but i think his high starch carb diet is clouding his brain ( brain fog). Its now 8:03 am - weve signalled the hostess that we want a waitress. Geez
