Was recommended by some friends to go here. I definitely didnt have the same experience they had. The salt and pepper squid was small, poor quality, and over done with a basic soy based sauce. Id much prefer salt and pepper squid at other Asian restaurants in roc. We also got beef lettuce wraps but it was a little greasy and made the lettuce wilt, plus it was over cooked and gluey from over worked rice. The flavor was OK, but nothing special. Next we shared dumplings, which were fine, but again not great, tasted like the frozen ones from Trader Joes. Finally we shared "sesame chicken" which was abysmal. The breading on the chicken wasnt crispy and sloughed off into the sauce making the sauce clumpy and gloopy from too much cornstarch. The chicken was dry, the rice seems old and brittle, and the sauce was bright orange and cloyingly sweet, and very orangey. It could have been orange dessert chicken as much as it was "sesame." I didnt choose that dish, but Id much rather eat sesame chicken from a take out place, or even wegmans. All that being said the server was friendly and pleasant and very attentive. I guess to be fair its a ramen place and didnt get ramen so maybe thats where they put their focus and maybe Id try it again, but Id never get anything else from there, theres too many good authentic Asian restaurants in roc. Plus, I can make my own delicious Asian food.

Um..No. I ordered the Miso ramen and Pork Bone ramen. Miso ramen....forget it. No taste at all. I was digging for a hint of miso and I couldnt find it. Pork Bone.....taste like package ramen that you buy at the store...the brand that doesnt taste all that great. Noodles, WTH! I dont think it was ramen. it was too soggy and blah to be ramen. I think its a bad brand of lo-mein noodles and using that type of noodles in ramen is, whats the word Im looking for......,, oh yes, Blasphemy.

Came here for lunch for some pork bone ramen and it was very good! The pork bone ramen cost $11 and is large enough for two adults. You leave feeling full, but not overly stuffed. The customer service is good and the kitchen is kind enough to split the ramen into two bowls if youre sharing. I wish they would make it a little spicier, but all in all, a good, satisfying meal on Park Ave at a nice, clean restaurant. (Pic attached is half a serving size since we got it split into 2 bowls.)

Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Kind of a small place so it might be hard to get seats. Service is attentive and good. They calculate their checks weird. 18% gratuity is included in the fine print. We were wondering why our check wasnt adding up until we saw it listed in small print. If you pay with card they then ask for an "additional tip". Im all for getting rid of the tipping system in the U.S. but doing it this way just seems like theyre shady asking for more money.

The food is great and they offer unique menu items like their ramen burger. Beer and wine are a bit overpriced though in comparison to other local restaurants. This was my second time visiting and for some reason, the wait staff seemed really inattentive during this visit but maybe they were just understaffed this night. Regardless, their ramen is worth trying out, especially on a cold Rochester night.

I came here because of reviews that gave an average of 4.8 stars, only to be severely disappointed. The pork bone ramen definitely had some instant noodle seasoning inside. I have eaten enough of instant noodles to recognize this taste. The noodles were too wheaty and bitter and the cabbage was not cooked well. I left feeling very dissatisfied with the meal.

Their ramen bowl was excellent, really loved the egg. We had their wings too and the sauce on them was great. Be prepared to wait since the it is a small venue, but the staff kept things moving at a fast pace to offset this. Great service!

Best place in Rochester for noodles! Great atmosphere and the food is to die for. Make sure you go during an off time because the wait time can get pretty long since there is limited seating. Either way the wait is totally worth it!

Went there for the ramen - it tasted like packaged ramen, with some extra spices thrown on top. Presentation is fantastic for a date night and all, but if youre looking for authentic foreign flavors - Im guessing this isnt it.

For a ramen joint, it had pretty bad ramen. Overcooked noodles, watery broth and overly lean pork. Its one saving grace was the sides - good kimchi, tempura green beans, and brussel sprouts. Beer selection was decent too.

Came here for the ramen, which was generously portioned and very satisfying. Also ordered the pork belly buns and seaweed salad. Delicious overall and a must come for the ramen! Other dishes on the menu do not compare.
