We had the most horrible experience at this I hop! The restraunt was so messy from them not picking up and cleaning after people are done eating the person that sat us was a man that was very very rude he also stated he was the manager but in my entire life I have never seen a manager act the way he was. We waited for our foot for over 45 Mon. When it finally came the appatizers was so cold they when I asked him for some ranch and marinara sauce (since he didnt being them when we ordered the appatizer with onion rings, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks btw cheese was not even melted in them) he had attitude. Came back with only the ranch 15 Min later. So I said can I plz get the marinara sauce too he said hes sorry. Then I asked him where my food was because my friend already for her steak meal and we got our cold appetizers. He said yes it should be up shortly keeping in mind we are now there for over a he while people that walked in after us was getting their food.. The entire time we was there we didnt even get asked of we needed refills on our drinks the entire 1 hr and 40 min we was there I got 1 glass of water and so did everyone else at the table. I finally get up after waiting 30 more min and asked to speak to the manager he said I am the manager I asked whats taking so long where is our food we have been here almost 2 hrs. He said hell not charge for out food so I said ok can we just plz get it to go since weve been here going on 2 hrs. He packed our food to go. I then asked for change for a 20 so I could at least top him witch he did not deserve at all he was very rude about it saying NO I DONT NEED YOUR MONEY! I tried again he became even more rude thats when my husband said look weve been here goin on 2 hrs didnt even get our food drinks nothing and that he was very unprofessional told him how the restraunt was sorry and tables full of garbage he then walked off when he was starting to clean the tables I hear him calling my husband garbage thats when I turned to him and said what is your problem we waitied for over a hr in a half to just eat appatizers he looks at me and says your garbage too I was in shock the way we was treated my this so called "manager" I wont never recommend this ihop to anyone. Bad service bad food tables all dirty from other people eating and it not being picked up. Waitress are bad and so is management. We could even hear the cools swearing while they was talking in the back making food or whatever they was doin?!? I will be calling today to get the main one in charge and let them know our horrible experience! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! We even feel sick today.. I hope they didnt do something to our food ?

We were party of five and we got really slow service today. I understand that it was a busy day but this place is always busy and there was no excuse that four or more parties after us were served their food before us. She checked us a couple of times but then she avoided us since they were taking too long. We had to ask another server to complain and the server came to talk to us but she was rude and telling us that it was not her fault. Wow! Let me come to talk to your cook then ... Asked manager but the manager was not much different from her. We explained the situation and explained that we did not appreciate the servers attitude and reasoning of the issue. Unfortunately, this young manager was not nice neither and she basically said that they didnt expect that it could be that busy and, therefore, its no ones fault. I was expected their sincere apology, however, we had to heard ridiculous excuse instead. Our food was finally served but I was very upset and not able to enjoy it. I am going to boycott this place since manager did not see the actual issue and did not support customer.

Ive had bad experiences here before, but it seems like new management has come in, at least to me. I believe the general manager seated us, he was so kind and much better than the person I believe was the old GM. Our server McKenzie was also very kind and made sure we where taken care of even with them being VERY busy. She made sure I knew Orange juice was more than soda and was extra per glass. She deserved a bigger tip than we gave her, but well be back. If youve had bad experiences here before, give them another chance, things seem to have changed for the better here. Came in again and still getting great service. Food came out fast and great. Not as busy as last time, and it showed. Waited on hand and foot, they checked on us ever time we wanted it. Marcy our waitress was wonderful memorizing our order perfectly with no paper, and balancing a ridiculous amount of plates on her arms! Guys for real dont judge on all these bad reviews, the management is new and the place is great!

This morning I went in at 8am -845ish am to have a nice decent breakfast. I asked if I could sit in a specific spot the lady said Its dirty it needs to be cleaned I sat in front of that spot. The place barely had any people, 3 ladies talking about over 5 minutes in front of the restroom that I had to ask if I could go thru.. Coming back to my seat they were still there standing. Those tables that were dirty couldve gotten cleaned but they cleaned them like 30 minutes later after a big family had requested to sit they waited for those tables to be cleaned. I did not get asked how was my food by the younger lady an older lady was nice enough to offer me water. A younger hispanic lady lightly tossed the bill to the table. I was thinking- do you lightly toss it or do you nicely sit it on the table.? The bill was for $9.70 I gave $20 she brought me only $10 back.. My 30 cents? Yeah She kept it without asking or me leaving any tips. I leave good tips but that .. No Bueno.

I love IHOP, but I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to eat to the jordan landing location. This is the second time we got there and they took forever just to get a waitress and get a drink, 34 minutes later we ask how long would it take for our order and the waitress only said: "sorry I dont know why they are taking so long" and 7 min later we could hear her asking when our appetizers will be done. Almost 40 min just to get appetizers? seriously ! we were so disappointed and just leave. The first time we went to the same location and they were way slow on there service. Next time I will drive directly to the Murray location, the service there is way better and fast. I hope the manager can take action and figure out how to improve the jordan landing location.

We have been going this ihop regularly. We have loved it despite the cashier and servers ability to count or give the right meals. Because the always fixed the problems..but recently we ordered to go and got home the meals were absolutely wrong from the Salad that we asked for sauce on the side and it was on the meal sauces on the side for the waffle and it was on the waffle and the waffle was soggy. The manager was not willing to do anything to fix the problem told us he would refund us if we came back we went back and he wanted to just fix the meals not do what he told us he would. Beware of this ihop its a bottomless pit of problems!
