The wings were OK but the service was horrible. I went in for a take out order and they acted like I was a major inconvenience to them just by being there. the server appeared to be in bad mood, which I can get, but as I stood at the bar waiting for my order the server kept bumping in to the back of me even though there was a different route she could take. I apologized anyway and tried to scoot forward but is it my fault they out the tables so close to the bar? Anyway , she shared her apparent unhappiness with a patron sitting at a table near by ( obviously a friend) and I had to endure the remainder of my wait getting the stink eye from guy i didnt even know. They got me in the end though. When I opened my order I was presented average, somewhat soggy wings but as a reward for my being a customer my order of 20 wings came with 2 carrot stick, 2 celery sticks and about a teaspoon of bleu cheese dressing. I guess they showed me. I understand that service can be bad but when I called to explain my displeasure to allow them to allow them the opportunity to fix it I was told "OK, thanks for letting us know...Click..." I am new to the state and went there at the recommendation of friends. I have since shown them what a really great wing place should be like and they thank me for it every time we go. Now we wait for them to build in the Orem area to save us the 10 minute drive.

I was hesitant because of the "no fried" policy. We ordered the Third Wheel Deal (oh, the irony). It was $33. It came with some bone-in wings, some boneless wings, a wrap split into three, and these rib wing kind of things (hog wings). It came with buffalo chips, and we got it mixed (both spicy and regular). The ranch and blue cheese are great. Extra sauce would have been an extra $1. Good thing I am the only one who likes sauce. Buffalo chips are great. Spicy chips was the way to go. Regular was too plain. The wrap (flour tortilla) had Jalapeno Honey BBQ sauce. It was pretty good. The Hog wings had Chili Garlic sauce. They too were good. This sauce was really mild, and tasted kind of teriyaki-ish. The boneless wings were Southern Hotties. This sauce was too watery. It was pretty good, but I would roll this baked chicken into the sauce and it would drip right off. The downside of this meat was that there were a few fat chunks in it, but it was still good. The bone-in wings had Carolina Mustard sauce. This sauce was not great. The wings however had less fat than I anticipated. Atmosphere was pretty crappy. The usual tvs and whatnot. Waitress was after the tip. I ate more than half the food, so it wasnt much food for the money.

They frequently get orders wrong, or over charge due to poor clerical work. Ive had past experiences with staff that is exactly like reviewers say. Most horrible customer service ever; fighting and arguing with customers even though its dead obvious they are wrong. I kid you not, once I told them make sure they are not dry and have plenty of sauce because it had happened before. They assured me that were on point. Got ten minutes down the road and decided to check. Bone dry and limp like dik in a viagra blockade at a geriatric convention. I turned the car around pissed af. I told them they needed to replace the sub par order. The cook went on to insist it was my fault I hadnt eaten them soon enough. Like in total recall, with sweat coming off his brow in slow motion, he said the ample sauce he had put on had all evaporated away.. (in 10 minutes!) But that was a few years back. Fact :They do still need to get a handle on expediting. They tell you take out will be 20 minutes, then the wings are done in 10 minutes, but they let it sit there getting cold for 10. Heres the thing though.... when they get it right, damn its good. Very good. Parmesan curry wings

TL;DR: Quality, atmosphere, and service are awful. Never go there. This place is incredibly below average. First off, you get some 40 year old waitress with a TON of makeup and shorts on, who doesnt seat you, just yells across the room. The wings arent fried, or battered. They dont even get baked in the sauce: the sauce is poured on. No marinade. The wings arent delicious. They jack up the price, though, because they say the chicken is free range: you dont pay for flavor. They give you a carrot and celery with A MINISCULE amount of wings: it doesnt come close to satisfying hunger. Not even close. The sauces arent that good either: they are watery and unfulfilling. The place is dumpy, with bad lighting and TV in awkward places. Its like the owners wanted to make it both an organic - style healthy joint as well as a sports bar, and failed with each point. The waitress barely came over 3 times, yet the suggested tip was 20%. No. Absolutely not. I never going back. 24$ for a mouthful of mediocre chicken and celery is a rip off: avoid this place.

I have read a few poor reviews and perhaps those people did have a bad experience or perhaps they each had a giant stick up their rear ends. The food is good. The service is on point and the drinks are great. There are people that want to come in and be waited on hand and food. Look, this is a very relaxed atmosphere. They take care of you and if they somehow fall short, they will step up and make it right. I was in once and watched this group of foreign exchange students in a large party treat the waitress like garbage. They were very demanding of her and wanted a lot of items comped for some reason. Anyway, the waitress jumped through all the hoops that they wanted her to jump through and handled it like a pro. When the check came they paid TO THE PENNY! No joke! These servers make a low wage because of Utah law, like $3 an hour plus tips. Be kind and take care of these people in the industry. They work hard for you snooty brats.

If only it were possible to give a rating lower than a one (1) star I would. The service at this location is one of the worst I have yet to experience. Took them over 15 minutes for a employee to provide us a menu. Then another 10 minutes for someone to take my party of threes order. This establishment is so unprofessional that the waiter took our order on a table napkin. Just to put this all in context, besides my party there was one larger party of 15 people and only one other party of four. We then waited another 25 minutes before we left. No food, no drink refills once during this entire ordeal. Insult to injury instead of just walking out we let an employee at the bar know we could not wait any longer and had to go. The employee did not acknowledge me at all, enter the cancel in their POS system and walked away. No apologies or effort to retain my business. Say the least, never going back here again.
