It was late and we wanted Chinese and this was the closes to home. Id not been there in years because I remember years ago not being crazy about the place, but I figured who knows, it may have changed. It was 9:15 when I called to order Mongolian chicken and rice, and they close at 9:30. I asked if this was ok to get it to go now. She said yes, but can you come now? I said yes Ill be there before 9:30 which I was. When I came in she had it ready and was very rude as she took my card and threw it back at me. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. It was top dollar for the Mongolian chicken at $10 + for the dish. It was just ok, not as good as other places I go. I give 3 stars instead of 2 because they went ahead and agreed to make the food which we were hungry. But they should have said no if it were too late. I would have respected that.

1st time here and horrible experience from the start . We showed up at 12:15pm for a 12pm reservation of 15 people. I get it, we were late 15min, but for the lady to treat us like she did is not right. I told the lady I wasnt the host of the party and that I was a guest of the party, so she could take her complaints up with them. The lady continued to say you should have called. I was upset by then, so I asked if she wanted us to leave because she was throwing a fit. Its not like she losing any business She had all, but 2 people eating there. I understand if she had a full place of waiting customers but this wasnt the case. I wont be giving my money to an establishment if they cant even treat us right. Thanks but no thanks!

Let me start off by saying, I dont really trust online reviews. However, I decided to try Great China since it is just down the street from my house. This place is great! My first order was To Go and the service was quick and the Sweet N Sour Chicken was freakin DELICIOUS! The family and I then went to the restaurant and tried the eating experience inside, Another WOW, customer service was very pleasant, food was brought out quickly and it all tasted wonderful. My girlfriend fell in love with the Tea they served and low and behold, they sold the tea at the front register lol. I just found my new favorite Chinese restaurant OH, and the prices are very reasonable too!

The Food is good, i rather Kirin restaurant ( been eating there for like 20 yrs),the servers there they are kind a rude, but the Food is great!!, well about the great China restaurant: like I said the Food is good but the elder lady there ....she doesnt deserve even a 1 star she is rude,she doesnt understand that she have a job or business because of CUSTOMERS,its a big difference with the busyboy he is always kind and servicial. And about the hygiene on the kitchen ...not great, sometimes you can find human hair on the Food

I think this Is my 1st time leaving reviews, but I feel like I really have too. The only reason we went there is because of all the great reviews...I was so shocked to find that it was so not true... i mean service is just so so, lady was kind of rude, but food was just horrible, like a fast food Chinese if not worse, we ordered 3 dishes to share, spent $50 for such experience...I would pay $100 for wonderful food and service, but this was $5 meal with o service at all:(((

Local Chinese restaurant where the cooks are Chinese as well as the servers. They make everything to order. Prawns are great size, the beef is lean and not chewy like some, and their pot stickers and egg rolls are very very good. They are very accommodating if you need to add or change anything since they make most to order. Great service, food, and price...love ordering take out and relaxing at home with good Chinese food.

This is a typical neighborhood Chinese restaurant, but the real difference here is the service, and consistent food quality. I order the same thing more often than not, but I have explored the menu a bit, and the food is great. Like I said, the consistency in service, people, and food quality make it my go-to local Chinese place. I worry about moving away, because Ill want to drive long distances to come back here.

Been coming to this place since the early eighties I was four years old the first time I ate at this restaurant Im now 38 the food has always tasted the same the service is always been spectacular I recommend this place to anybody eating in Sonoma County if they want good real Chinese food

Delicious! I found this place just around the corner from my work and what a delightfully, delectably dangerous discovery! The Sechuan beef and shredded pork with string beans are both pleasantly warm and spicy without being hot. (Im a heat wuss.) I will certainly be back.

Its pretty good. Not excited about the scallops dish which was quite fishy. And where oh where is the pot sticker sauce? Be warned too, no online presence - need to drop by if you want the takeout menu.
