I come here when Im having a hard day great place to mentally in wine. Great place for lunch Ive eaten twice her excellent service I recommend Ali at night as your server shes awesome on point n is very respective to her vets. As well on point and for lunch I recommend. Shannon I cant say enough about these to extroidnary women. I love this place I have a ptsd service dog and all the staff always welcome us great lighting if your not into bright places. Would not recommend going here on game night if your not into loudness n crowds I learned the hard way but everyone here I love you all you guys choke me up to know theres someone out here who still has good values keep up the subpurb work bww staff and upper brass. Honestly the pick service is terrible I ordered food they told me it would be 20 minutes I even gave them 30 then when I got there my order was still no ready it has been over an hour they said it was because they were busy but, I check the dinning room it didnt look that crowed Im pretty sure they for got my order and lied to me. The manager gave me my order for free which made the wait worth it. At least the made up for their mistake. Which many businesses in Sierra Vista will not do.

Went for lunch and was very pleased. Waitress was very good. We got beverage refills and the food was very tasty! Will be back again as the prices were great for lunch! Keep up the good work! There is a young man that is also a waiter and he was awesome also! I would have put five stars but want to go again to be sure that the service and food is deserving. But, all said really really good and you should give them an opportunity to serve you also!

Servers are awesome. Management, not so much. The guy store manager will walk right past you several times without even greeting you. He also was also was so into a conversation with one of his old buddies that he left us standing at the entrance so long we that we seated ourselves. Food is a hit or miss, chips and queso are sooooooo good. Overall its a great place, change the management and itll be even better.

I order online and when I went to pick it up it was not ready. When I got my order, I asked if they put ranch dressing and the girl said yes but there wasnt any when I got home. Also, it seems that they did everything in a rush because the nachos did not have the ingredients that the menu listed and the cheese only covered a few of the chips. I dont think I will go back again to that place.

My wife and come here about every sunday to watch football. We have had nothing but excellent service every time, especially Josh who goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. If we want to move seats no problem, they make it happen. All servers and managers are great. That is why we keep coming back, and of course the food as well, never had a bad experience.

This is neither buffalo nor wild. I have a friend from Buffalo and let me tell you, they said this is not what an actual buffalo actually tastes like. As for the "wild" in the name... well there was kids there. If theres kids you cant get wild if you know what I mean I think youknowwhatimeanwhenisaythatcauseitsbidnesstime.

The only thing that can differ in a chain restaurant is the service. I noticed that the water is purposely distasteful in order to force the customer to buy a drink. If its not a beer you should expect a disappointment My waiter agreed with my presumption. Other than that Its a good place to eat and watch the game.

Fairly expensive here, compared to Native Grill & Wings across the street. BWW rarely has beer specials, and their wing prices continue to go up, while the quality drops. 4 star review simply because you can watch any sports game you like, there are plenty of TVs and the atmosphere is fun and lively.

Several visits, always have had to wait, management does not think they should take responsibility for poor service. Went the other day (5/08) and waited 10 minutes for someone to say hi to us and so we just walked out. The food also does not exemplify what a "normal" buffalo should be.

Food was ok. But they have the worst manager in sierra vista(sherry). You can tell who she is by her pants they are way to tight and you can see her nasty camel toe through it. Its so disgusting I almost lost my appetite. Not to mention she has no people skills whats so ever!!!!!!

When i went to this place they got my order wrong and then when they remade it they got it wrong again! Servers just walk around not actually waiting table but watching more tv during rush nights. Im not sure what can be done at this point to make the service at this place better.

Been there plenty of times and had great service but recently I took my family for a change and they seated a bunch of drunk AIT kids over us because they knew they were going to get more money out of 10 people versus 3. Ill only come here to get a beer and leave now.

Another chain so whatever but food is to standard and service is good. Mostly its the people who feel they absolutely must yell as loud as possible "go go go!" At every play.....even when their watching golf. Buffalo Wild Wings are just not good for folks with PTSD.

Had to wait 1hour to be seated. 30min to get a drink. 25 min to order and 45min to get our food. Then the cooking staff set off the fire alarm and the management still demanded we pay our bill. Sad thing is that this is not the first time this has happened to me.

The food was actually good this time, but the atmosphere was horrible... The staff was loud... Not the customers. One of the servers a male just kept randomly yelling. This was extremely uncomfortable for me. I wont be dining there again anytime soon.

Everything was great, except for the service. Our server wasnt friendly and seemed very uninterested; all though I will say this, they had a new host and she was a sweetheart! I think her name was Kinzie, anyway wish she could have been our server.

Boneless mango habanero wings are great (when its actually saucy and usually need to order a side so its not dry) and beer is good not to mention the sports. Service is generally great. Sort of pricy, Hard to enjoy company due to noise volume.

Usually we have a great experience! Occasionally we have gotten fewer wings than the time before (but paid the same) but other than that the food has always come out fresh and quick! Definitely take advantage of the Blazin Rewards program!

The experience was what I expected. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. We went during the UofL/UK game (2014) for NCAA tournament. So, there were a lot of people. The waitress was accommodating for our group and very polite
