I was on my way home I decided to get wings, big mistake. I ordered wings frys and ranch from Samuel the host/manager and proceed to stand and wait. I watch as costumers came and went it was like they forgot about me, The three girls that came in after me took all of the hosts atention. Then they received there order and I waited longer finally I got my order. Next I drove home 30 min away, I opened my wings to find no sauce and cold food. I called to ask for my money back and was not taken care of at all. Samuel was rude and had no interest in anything I need, and said I needed to drive back over $9.70 is this guy kidding, one of the worst managers ever, and I wont be back.

Avoid at all cost. Im so so disappointed spending $17 bucks here. I regretted this purchase so badly. I got a bunch of boneless wings and did 3 different flavors. All of them were cooked in old oil and they were all so so so dry and flavorless. I was so annoyed I cant see my self coming back to this place. Also the fries are sweet and you cannot request them without sugar. Maybe the regular wings are better but there is not way Im spending more money and risking it to try this place again...

Great place and very conveniently close to ASU. I just tried this Wing Stop and I can honestly say I was pleased. The guy who took my order wasnt very friendly, didnt even smile at me once. He was monotone and rude when I asked him if I could try one of the sauces. Overall the food itself was fantastic though. oh the girl who brought me my food was very vibrant and smiley. Cool pinky hair too. If youre wanting Wings on the go I suggest this over Long Wongs, They just do not compare.

Fairly decent wings. The bummer is that there is always a slight wait..around 10 minutes. I tried the Mango Habenero wings and it is a really great flavour except that it was a bit too spicy for me to finish the same night. Even though you order 10 wings you get a few more when u order bone-in since the wings are tiny! I wish they used bigger wings. The fries are pretty decent, they taste a bit sweet. Luckily if the wings are too hot, yogurtland is right next door =),

i love wingstop its my favorite place to go eat wings i love the friendly service i get always the food best hot and ready very clean inside the the cashiers was super friendly and very helpful make my day the only down side is the time wait my favorite wings mango habanero and Louisiana rub and the fries are the best i love coming to this place and i do wanna give a thank you to the cashier (david) he made my day with my wife and i alot much better such a great guy

Just not a fan of their wings. We ordered for pick up and confirmation said it would be ready at 8:12pm. We arrived around 8:25pm and waited 5-10 minutes before getting our wings. I tried wing stop for the first time 3 years ago and wasnt a fan. I never went back until a couple nights ago. Still not a fan. Especially for the price Buffalo Wild Wings is much better in all areas - service, the wings themselves, the sauce flavors, number of sauce options, and the price.

This is to go along with the review Josh Briningstool left. We waited 3 weeks for them to send us a gift card when all we asked for was our money back. We just got the gift card and it seriously has 5 dollars on it. That doesnt even cover the cost of my meal that I couldnt even eat because the chicken was so burnt and so hard. This is what the world has become. Even walmart takes better care of its customers, and thats saying a lot!

Not good customer service. I could not understand the guy at the counter and when i asked him to repeat himself multiple times he looked at me like i was dumb. He rudely asked for my card again as his system was glitchy supposedly. He was like this with other customers too. The only reason it gets 3 star is because their wings are good. But i will most likely not come to this location again. Especially if that guy is working.

I knew I should of stopped at Buffalo Wild WIngs instead. Wanted wings, figured I would try a non-chain I saw - BAD IDEA. took ten minutes to cook my order to taste but the only problem was THERE WAS NO TASTE! Not hot or flavorful, barley any sauce, tasted like poo. Id even take wings from chain pizza place first. KEEP DRIVING!!!!! PS: Nice lady at the register but i think she was on drugs

The food was ok. Ive had a lot better at other wing stops. The bad part about this review is that...... I HAD HAIR EVERYWHERE IN MY CHICKEN AND FRIES!!! AND THE VEGGIES WERE WHITE AND CRACKED!! What the heck?!?! And my car is having problems so I couldnt go back (7miles) to tell them. Because of that, I am no longer having wing stop. Wings STOP- Go somewhere else.

Will never be going back again. I ordered chicken strips, all of them were burnt, I ordered a second ranch and never got it. As soon as they saw me in the parking lot, they called me to tell me they "were out" of dinner rolls. More like they were lazy and didnt want to make more. I called the location 10 times to discuss with them and they never answered.

horrible customer service they attend customers with unacceptable attitude, I went there at 11:00 pm and they told that they wouldnt take my order because they were getting ready to close and when I checked online they close at midnight.

High priced, small, flavorless wings. Sauce tastes like ketchup. Super salty fries. Aaannnd....dipping sauce is extra. Thats cheap! Only wing spot I know where u pay extra for 1 order of ranch/blue cheese. Come on man

Friendly staff. Wings are delicious! Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub is what I always get. Been coming here since they opened. Fries are the best! Everything cooked to order so expect 20 min wait or call ahead.

Rick Rosss successful restaurant franchise is a pretty good Buffalo Wild Wings alternative & costs $10 for some takeout wings. For a Minnesotan, it is pretty exotic stuff - muy caliente!
