Ordered a 20 piece of wings at around 11:45 pm for carryout. Got there at exactly midnight which is the time they close. The doors were locked and the two guys in there (hispanic and black) the black guy yelled through the doors saying were closed so i yelled back saying i called in for a carry out order. They both acknowledged that and just walked away so i thought they were going to grab my order and have me pay for it but they just went on about cleaning the place for at least 15 minutes making eye contact with me every once in a while not saying one word..so i cslled the place and the hispanic guy answered and thats when i asked "im standing outside, am i going to get my order or what?" And he said "no, i dont even know how the website let you llace a carryout order." So then i said " well why didnt you open the door or yell through the door saying sorry we cant give you your order anymore, were closed." or at least say something instead of having me stand outside waiting like an idiot and making eye contact with me...if i could give it zero stars for customer service i would. At least fix the website to not let ppl place an order about a half hour before close or state on your site that if you get there past midniggt for a carryout order you will not get it. Not just acknowledge someone that you know what theyre talking about and make them feel like youre going to grab their order and have them stand outside for 15 minutes not saying a damn word. I couldve been standing there for an hour and they ptobably still wouldnt have said anything unless i called.

DI NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Unfortunately machine used for bone in wings was out of service. However was offered boneless ONLY...Im confused are they not both the same method of prep? This is a business that sells WINGS right next to my house AND does it right. My wife and I LOVED going here for our wings over any other restaurant in the area that does wings (bone in/bone out). I am disappointed the staff lied to me about availability due to what seemed as laziness. IF YOUR BUSINESS OFFERS A CERTAIN PRODUCT BETWEEN A SPECIFIED WINDOW YOU NEED TO PREP TO BE ABLE TO DO SO. AMAZING WING, terribly let down with the explanation given for not being able to serve up boneless rather than bone in.

The classic wings are great. Whatever you do, dont get the boneless. I havent had the boneless in a couple years but friends say they are still horrible. Stick with the bone-in. Traditional hot has great flavor and perfect amount of heat. Hawaiian and teriyaki are good too. Im not the dry rub type but they have good selection of those. The prices seem pricey but most wing shops are. Fortunately these must be made with the biggest hormone injected birds they can find because the wings are large. Not much of a selection of sides. Fries, veggies, beans, cole slaw. But then again, it is a Wingstop and not a "side dish stop." I eat here all the time so must be good.

Not sure if it is just this location but it is bad. Dont bother calling in an order or using the app. on a phone, it is a guaranteed 15-20 minute wait no matter what. Longer if they are busy!!! Pretty sure they DO NOT drop the order till you show up. The wings are tasty but they just increased their prices. Forget getting a lunch for a decent price. Wings, fries, and a drink $15.00+. Sauces extra of course. They state the price increase is due to bigger wings??? Bigger bones too so the meat is the same amount as before. Overall not a place to grab a lunch and you will pay a lot!!

Poor customer service and satisfaction! Ordered a combo through the app but once I arrived I informed the cashier that I didnt want the drink or the dipping sauce that comes with it. Instead I just asked for a small cup of cheese (on the app it only showed like an extra $1.67 for cheese) as a replacement and she said that cheese cost way more than the drink. She continued to still charge me full price even though I didnt get a drink, just think thats poor service especially seeing as I place multiple orders there.

Been to wingstops all over the country and seriously have never had a issue getting medium Lemon pepper mixed and you tell me you cant mix two flavor. To me that is just laziness. Never have i been told that at anyother store. Its called doing what the customer tells you. I work in the food industry and anytime a customer has special requests we do what we have to. Just to make sure they leave with a smile. I am not very happy with this establishment. Given that i eat wings very often.

the new place for wings for me!, I dont even like fries that much, and yet I was not able to put one down, I loved the bar b que and usually Im very picky on that, tried their hot and Louisiana rub, both hit the spot, tried their garlic Parmesan and it was perfect, not like those other places drenched with oil, they actually got it right. service could be faster, it seemed like they were understaffed when I went in, nonetheless they were able to accurately process my order in due time

Mikes review is very untrue. Ive eaten at allot of wingstops across texas new mexico and arizona... Highly recomend the garlic parm... And also the bbq. Yes some of the sauces area dry rub. But if u dont like the dry style just ask the worker. They will help steer you right. Lastly. The fries are hit and miss. But why go to a wing place expecting so much from the fries. I personally love the fries. They are greasy but hense the word fried!!!

Service. Service. Service. Terrible service. Long waits for fried food....girl at desk was mad because we came in and she couldnt talk to her friends that were sitting there any more. Absolutely no modifiing order? Sounds likr laziness to me. Ive oredered mixed sauces on wings here before. But her and the chef decided that wasnt allowed this visit. Just an all around bad experience. Never had one before at wingstop. Just this one.

Im not one to leave reviews normally but this place is a complete joke. The last three times Ive ordered pick up at this location I had to wait 30 min past the "ready" time. And today I ordered online and drove to the restaurant and they didnt even have my order on file even though I had the email confirmation. So now Ive wasted the last 30 mins and have no food. Kinda ridiculous. Wont be visiting this location ever again.

Very nasty server named (Linda) short Hispanic with glasses blond hi lights was eating in the back with line of 3 at the front and then puts her finger in her mouth and still takes the orders. Other than that its pretty clean and large dine in area. Frys are not good at all. Slow service took over 20mins for 6 wings. I stick to the wing stops in Phx and at river review
