Poor Customer service.. Called my order in (6pc) waited to go pick up when got there waited 15min before getting my food. There was a lady making the wings and calling out orders and it appeared the cashier never gave my ticket to her because she did about 10 orders got her cell phone and went to the back. Just stood there waiting watch the cashier put money in her purse grab a Newport out of her jacket and then she looked at me annoyed and as the cook if he had 6 lemon pepper and she package my food and left. I watched these two ladies be nice to all the other customer but with me I had the worse experience my chicken was gross just taste like lemon no pepper. I dont think Ill support them again. Need new friendly people who dont discriminate... also told the cashier I liked her nails and she didnt even say thank you or acknowledge in any way what I said... JUST RUDE

Bomb wings full of flavors. I chose the dry atl spicy it was seasoned well & spicy. The koolaid was perfectly sweet. I asked if the fries had a sweet salty seasoning like wingstop & the cashier dang near went off with all kinds of attitude. I explained to her i dont like wingstop seasoning so I just wanted to make sure atl wings didnt do a similar seasoning. I got the fries & could have done without fries all together. Thier fried biscuits are really good compliment. The sauced honey bbq wings were great. I left Arizona and craved atl wings. They are pretty quick despit being super busy. Sometimes you have to overlook some of the ghetto folks that come in. Dont be alarmed they are just there for the food like you. Its worth the stop for sure. Arizona has 3 locations for you to choose from.

The food was good but when me and a friend entered the workers were in the back playing around, didnt greet us or nothing and acted as if we where not there. Almost 10 minutes later the girl comes from Outback and takes our order. She was very nice I just didnt like the fact that those two guys were just playing around in the back and didnt even pay any attention to us at the counter and made us wait there the whole time. One of their customers waiting on his food had to get their attention and tell them that we were there and to answer their phone. I was close to walking out until the lady came from the back. When I called in the person on the phone just hung up on me. They are really going to lose business due to their horrible customer service.

ATL WINGS ARE THE BEST WINGS I HAVE EVER EATEN! I have driven by ATL a hundred times over the last 2 years and kept telling myself I would stop in and have some. Now that I have I am mad at myself for depriving me of such delicious fare! When I asked what ATL style was the lady at the cash register told me, "you gon learn ta day" she gave me a lesson by providing me with a sample of a wing with the ATL style wings. OMG! Crispy skin. Succlent meat. I do not have the words to describe the taste...Now I know why they are willing to give the first one out for free.... I am hooked and cant wait to go back and have some more. " Its like friggin cat nip" to wing eaters. Yummmmm! I dare you to ..... no I double dare you to try just one!

I never post negative reviews. I am not hard to please, nor do I expect much in the way of customer service- especially if the food is amazing! I havent been so disappointed in a restaurant in very long. I called to place a phone order and was told it would be "ready in 20". This was after dealing with an especially rude worker right from the start of answering the phone. My boyfriend goes to pick up the order about 35 minutes past me calling in. Little did we know they neglect to tell you they dont start your order until youre there! An hour and a half after the call was placed, we FINALLY got our food to find it to be no better than mediocre, frozen wings. Disappointed, and never giving this place my business ever again.

This is my first time trying ATL because I heard they have the best wings around. Problem is, I forgot to check what time they closed. As I was walking up I noticed all the chairs were up and the place looked closed down. I saw on the door that it said they close at 9. Looked at my phone, it was a minute past 9. Thus, I started walking back to my car disappointed in myself for not getting some of these "legendary" wings. As I was walking back, an employee opened the door and invited me in. I told her this was my first time and she let me try the ATL classic. Gold 5 star service and Platinum 5 star wings. Thank you ATL for making my Fathers Day Eve perfect. I will back for sure and I am telling all my friends.

Finally got to check this place out after hearing over and over again that the wings are amazing. Let me just say....nothing really special here. Besides them forgetting some of my wings, their sauce isnt all that "amazing" We tried some BBQ, Honey BBQ, Hot, and Citrus Chipotle and they were all pretty dry and meatless wings. And their bacon beans: waaaay over priced. $3.50 for like a 5oz cup, i can buy 2-3 cans of beans that will probably taste much better. Another thing, the place was pretty dirty. Tables werent cleaned, garbage on the floor and their kitchen didnt look very sanitary either. So most likely.....wont be going back. Good luck to anyone else trying these for the first time. Such a disappointment.

I am waiting for my food right now. My cashiers name is CC and she has already made a big impression. She greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct. I sat down at a table to wait for my food and she quickly rushed over to wipe the table down because it needed to be cleaned. Regardless of how the food tastes today, I would say this was a good visit. I have never been to this location. I usually go to the location on Thomas but this one is closer to my house and based on todays huge success, Id say Ill be coming back soon. I received my order in less than 10 minutes and that is with a steady flow of people coming in. Even the young man who brought me my order looked happy to be at work.

I have been coming here every Friday since July. Their wings are sooooo good. But as of lately the service has been horrible. This goes from messed up orders to me calling in to make my order. I dont really mind the messed up orders because all of their wings are good; except for when my fries were not there. But I called today to make an over the phone order as usual. I usually make my order and pay over the phone as I only have a 30 min lunch. Today the person who took my order never ask me what flavors I want and said we will see you when you get here. I give the food 5 stars but the service that used to be 5 stars has gone to 2. They definitely lost a loyal customer due to service.
