To try and make it brief, the staff at this establishment is very dis-intesrested in the patrons. Ordered a Cheeseburger, Wrong cheese was on burger, when it was sent back to the kitchen it came back with correct cheese half of it on burger the other half on the plate! It was drooping down the side of the burger (it actaully only covered about 25% of the top of the burger. the rest split between the side of the burger and the plate) I Call that half assed! Shows me that the KTICHEN STAFF has no care or concern for presentation, preperation or considration for customers wishes, just slop it on and get it out!!! Secondly it shows me that the waitstaff has no concern or care either as she brought it like that too the table... Wrong the first time and HORRIBLY slopply the second time. Top it off the burger was orderd medium well (no pink) was brought Medium, cold in center! Which the waitress argued about! WILL NOT BE RETURNING and unless the staff is either retrained or replaced I do not see this place making it for very long! Will be going the way of Jersey Diner that opened and closed a couple blocks up 46 from this place.

Went here a few days after it had opened. We didnt care for the whole open concept feel of the dining room. It was so incredibly loud and my husband and I couldnt even hear each other when we tried to have a conversation... It had a soup kitchen/cafeteria feel. We didnt like that and left there with headaches from it being so loud. We were excited to try their food. The second bite into my omelet and I had a shell... Same with the third and fourth bites... I completely lost my appetite. We ordered our five year old the kids pizza. It came out scorching hot! He burned his mouth and his lap. the cheese slid right off the pizza and onto his poor lap.... Our server was mostly MIA and took forever to bring out anything. It was clear that there is lots of confusion as to which server has which section. We had two servers come for our drink orders when we just sat down. The other staff were pacing up and down the isles looking at everyones tables. It was kind of creepy and made you feel rushed. Overall for us this experience was highly unpleasant and we will not be returning.

Went in for dessert take out as it was very crowded. Ordered baklava, red velvet cake and carrot cake. I would love to post the pictures I took of these items but theres no option to do that. One piece of baklava (they are triangles) was 3x the size of the other yet I was charged $7.95 for each piece. Based on the price I thought this is going to be some very excellent baklava!!! NOT!!!! It was all phyllo dough. There was no layers of nuts. It was awful. Have been to other area diners where there baklava was excellent and $3.95 per piece. Not sure how they get off charging $7.95 for 20 layers of phyllo dough. The red velvet cake slice was twice the size of the carrot cake slice yet they were the same price. You do not get what you pay for. Prices very high, food quality poor. Everyone seemed distracted, disinterested, and just plain didnt know what they were doing. I would not go back. Its a shame because it could be very successful in that area if managed and run properly.

not sure what restaurant Omar went to. The red hunt staff was friendly took forever for our food to come out, our food came out before our appetizers came out. we waited an hour and a half and they still didnt get my burger correct I asked for a Texas burger I asked the owner to remove it from the bill they offer 25 percent off but I said no Im not going to pay for something that they messed up but Texas burger does not have an egg on it maam please read your menu before you ask me thats not a Texas burger? Had high hopes for this place but my overall experience was not good there were about 15 staff members walking around and people waiting longer if not as long as we did for our food think twice about going here.

I live around the corner so I have given this diner 4 chances before writing a review. Their food is anywhere between awful and tolerable. Wait times are atrocious at times. The owner is NEVER there despite just opening. We were there the day after opening and the owner wasnt there mid day so its no wonder the place is a disorganized mess. It seems like no one there has ever worked in food service before including the chefs.

First you walk in and the decor is fantastic! They have an old style diner with a modern twist. Second the service is fantastic! Our waitress came over like a knight in shiny red with her coffee pot in hand every time we finished a cup! The food is great to boot. I cannot recommend this place more! Definitely stop in, they have great food, great service and excellent atmosphere.

Seated quickly... waitress extremely efficient... very friendly... party of 8... 1 teenager... 2 kids.. 1 ten month old baby.... 2 grand parents and 1 mom... was expecting a possible dinner disaster... but all agreed was one if the best dinners out in a very LONG time... Highly recommend! P.S. I am very picky about service and this was 1st rate service... I will be back!

What a great new restaurant. The decor is beauiful and the service and food were excellent We have been there four times and all four were a very good experience We even went on Fathers Day and even with the huge crowd, we were treated with warmth and friendliness. The food here is great and the servers very friendly I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was some of the worst diner food weve ever eaten! Omelettes were floating in grease, toast burnt on two of the orders. Our server was very inexperienced, did not offer refill on coffee nor did she come back to check on us after bring out the food. The decor is great however food and service leaves much to be desired.

Super friendly from the second you walk in. The place was packed when I got in and I was seated within a minute of walking in for a party of 5. Food is amazing and you can tell everything is made fresh. The decor is amazing. This place definitely set the standard for Diner decor.

This place has the best soups ever and the wait staff its wonderful. I also think their owners keep a firm handle on the place, which is good. They also make tapioca pudding which is my favorite. As diners go, I think its one of the best around.

Went there today. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers medium cooked. They were served in 3 minutes. Not sure how or why but the food was very tasty. Friendly employees prices are the same as everyone else in the area. Not bad at all.

Very pleased with my dining experience at red hut...definitely a new favorite for my wife and me ! We have gone 3 times since they opened and have enjoyed our food every time. We look forward to going back very soon.
