The worst customer service EVER!! The staff is more interested in being right vs. having customer service. Spent over 200.00 with them in a weeks time asked if I could get 2 flavors mixed which is what I always ask for and get. Instead had to argue with the manager because she said for her safety they dont mix flavors lol. Then acted as if she would do what I requested. Picked the food up and she had not done it. The fries were cold and the wings were just disgusting. Called West Jordan asked for the GM info. I was told I would be called and of course no response. Ill spend my money at Buffalo wild wings and will not ever spend money with this place ever again. Theres a reason there is only 2 in the state. These 2 wont be here long.

We placed an order for the convenience of not having to wait. We show up 10 min after our predicted/recommend ready time from the wingstop app. We arrive and the staff has not even started on our order there are 2 customers total in the store. We sit down and wait an additional 20 min. If it wasnt for the taste of the wings I would be leaving a 2 or a 1 star review. Employees dont seem motivated or enthusiastic. This has happened multiple occasions. We only come back for the wings. Wings are a 10 on a 1-10 scale. Customer service is a 3 on a 1-10 scale.

Ive came here multiple times and had no complaints, however today I came in and requested the $.50 wing night then proceeded with my order, the young lady at the counter asked me if I wanted to make it a combo to which I replied yes but the young lady did not mention that would make it so my order was no longer on the deal I then paid for my order before realizing I had been charged more than expected!

I have never been treated so poorly by the extremely rude girl working Saturday night. It took us 30 minutes to get wings (we were the ONLY people in there) and when we asked how long it would be, she snapped at us and had the guy mopping finally stop to start making our wings. The wings are so good but the customer service was absolutely horrible.

We LOVE this place. They do such a great job, and its always of a consistently high quality. The staff is courteous, the service is on point, and the restaurant is kept clean. We used to frequent another location, but when this one opened up, it became much more convenient for us to patronize this one. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Worst wingstop Ive been to. Food has taken an eternity and there is no one else waiting. Employees took awhile to take my order and moved like molasas. The girl who took my order was unfriendly and had distracting eyelashes that were peeling off her eye lids making me question the hygiene of the food. Restraint was clean and food tasted fine.

The wings here taste much better than Buffalo wild wings. The ambience is not that great but food tastes great. The price is reasonable. The wings are always fresh unlike Buffalo wild wings. The taste of various sauces is better too. This has become our go to spot for our wings cravings. Try it out, you wont regret!

The worst worst wingstop i have been to . I used to come here a lot but thecostumer service its so bad that i stopped going. Miryam the manager needs to work on her costumer service skills. Always has a bad attitude and very rude also the female that is always working at night with her. Bad bad stay away.

First time there and they give my order to another person. What was supposed to take 15 minutes almost took an hour, it wasnt a big order just 5 wings and some fries. No apology or anything to make it right. Its pathetic they treat paying customers this way.

Go in, foods delicious, customer service TOP NOTCH. They actually got my order wrong just a bit in the divvying up of wings to flavor but INSTANTLY fixed it. Like took them back, pulled two more out the fryer and done! Fantastic!

Best juicy and tender wings in town! I love their wings more than buffalo wild wings and wing nuts. More people should know about this place! I wish there was a location closer to me, gotta drive 15 minutes to get there.

The garlic parmesan wings were the ABSOLUTE BEST, the rest was alright. The service was nice. There was a 15 minute wait for our food, but thats unusual. 50 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays is the best deal!

Flavors are a little over the top. Takes time to get food. Not pricey at all. If youve got an hour to kill and someone to share conversation with, its not bad. Open til midnight. Best option after 10.
