I had pretty much given up on WingStop years ago, with two too many bad experiences with their store in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. My son talked me into giving the one in Las Cruces a try. I was like, well okay, maybe the ones in Tennessee just dont know what theyre doing. He was right, this one rocks. The food was ordered on line and waiting for me when I got to the store. The clerk was friendly and asked if I needed anything else. The order was filled correctly, and was still hot when we got home. The ranch dressing was the best!! The garlic/Parmesan cheese and mild wings was our order. Thanks to my son, it looks like Wingstop is back on our go to list!

Two out of five times the wings come out delicious. Then we have times like yesterday when the wings were cold and undercooked. Manager told us they would remake but they didnt, they just reheated. No thanks, not risking salmonella or food poisoning, we got a refund. I also dont appreciate that every time we go we spend atleast $50- $70 and they still dont have the courtesy to give you a to go box for left overs. They want to charge us 25 cents if you want a box. Not a wise business decision.

I called in an online order and still had to wait for my food when I got there. After an hour of my time they could not tell me whether there was a benefit to using the online service or not. They offered me a free order of fries for my time. I declined the offer and will never go back there anyway.

Nice place to get good chicken wings at a relatively inexpensive price. There could be wastebaskets so patrons can pick up after themselves and more paper towel rolls while dining in. However, these are nitpicks and I would recommend this place for a more fast casual experience.

My go to place in Cruces if I feel like wings, just wish they had a location on the east mesa. Its about a 15 minute drive v.s. Dominos which is just down the street.
