My wife and I recently ate at this BWW location. We are regulars to this fine establishment but this time around it was much different. After being greeted and placed our drink orders to our waitress (who we both thought was nice and should give a nice tip), we ordered some wings. Like I had stated prior, we are regulars to BWW, so we have tried all kinds of sauces and know what and the amount we want. While telling our order to our waitress, her attitude changed from being nice to now annoyed at our order. She went off and put in the order but not soon after she came back and said that they are able to do our wings our way this time but in the future they will not be able to. I told her that thanks for the heads up, but until I see something saying that I CAN NOT have it that way, I will have the wings the way that I want them because after all I am paying for them. She smiled and walked off. Not soon after the manager shows up at our table and we had a nice little discussion about how if I order my wings this way it slows down everyone else in the restaurant and they arent able to have food out in time(which I understand). But I am your PAYING customer. I go to your establishment because I am able to get what I want there and enjoy my time watching sports. You are in the service and food industry, If you are unable to take care of your customer and what they what in your food just for the sake of turning over more tables to make more money then be an Airline Company.

These guys are 0/2 both times Ive been. The staff at the Logan location really do suck, as other reviews have pointed out. First time it was like 20 minutes to closing time and we had to basically talk them into letting us order even though we said we would be out of there as quick as we could and were. Last night was it for me for that place. Went in strictly for the beer since the food really isnt that great, and upon checking my ID Im told she cant accept it because it is 11 days expired. Just had a birthday and hadnt remembered to get it renewed yet. I had two other forms of state issued ID, (concealed carry license and a salesman ID card) that were current and should have been completely acceptable but was still turned down by both the manager and the waitress that really had no idea if they could accept those as forms of ID. I mean, I get that Utahs laws for restaurants are strict, but when Ive got three different pieces of ID that all say Im of age, dont you think that would warrant an OK from a manager, to keep a customer satisfied? Lots of way better places to eat in Logan.

We were so excited with BWW came to Logan, as we were huge fans of the Las Vegas branches when we lived there. But we have been sadly disappointed on multiple visits. We are the ultimate wing fans in our family but the Logan BWW cheeps out on sauces (doesnt even fully cover the wings then charges you extra for more sauce), the food is lower quality than the Vegas branches for some reason. The pretzel appetizers in Vegas were fresh and hand made tasting, the ones here are like the frozen ones you can buy from Walmart. Food is cold by the time it gets to you. We always wait at least 10 minutes for a server to approach our table. We really wanted this restaurant to work out but we will not be going back. We noticed that it has become less and less crowded so we assume others feel the same way. Management problem?

I have to say, i love my wings. Bdubs does it right. My fav thing in the world is to come in on Thursday 69 cent wing night. What a gift. This place is always hoppin. Maybe its just the nights i go... Like all the fight nights. Let it be known that if you go on game/fight night, there will be a wait time. I sat for 2 hours waiting one time. The people are sups nice. There is always a plethora of waiters and waitresses running around. Sometimes it would seem impossible to get one of their attentions cuz they be running around doing all sorts of things. Still super nice and helpful!:)

Serious disappointment! We literally had to wait on the staff to seat us because they were fighting and arguing with each other right in front of us!!! I even had to tell them they were being very unprofessional and then the hostess went off on her own rant about the situation. And then we waited over 40 minutes for our food, may I add they were NOT busy because it was lunch AND they still got my food wrong, really!? And then as we waited for our check we literally had to chase down our waiter to give us our check! Who obviously forgot about us. Worse experience anywhere ever!

The food there is absolutely delicious (though Ive only ever had the wings) and the staff is more than welcoming. Its your typical sports bar lined with tons of TVs so expect a loud environment. In the back theres an actual bar area where they serve a plethora of alcoholic beverages. On some nights there can be a wait, especially when they offer good deals or theres a big sporting event. They dont do reservations. Also, theyve hosted many eSport related events, so dont be afraid to approach them with a request; be forewarned, you may have to have your event in their outside area.

Although I generally like the taste of the food that Buffalo Wild Wings offers. . . Ive been let down every time that Ive been here. Either the service has been ridiculously slow, the staff has been unfriendly/the service was bad, or the food has been of sub-par quality. Plus a kind of expensive price tag on each plate. Ive been disappointed enough times that I struggle to go again. That said, many of my friends love this place and dont seem to have had the experiences Ive had. Maybe its just luck of the draw. . . .

My first couple visits here werent great, but that was when they had first opened and were suuuuper busy. My last visit was great, though. I love the boneless wings and chicken strips and the sampler appetizer was awesome - cant remember the name but it came with boneless wings, nachos, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. The food and atmosphere really are good. Theres nothing better than eating on the outdoor patio during summer in Logan.

I have never received good service at any B Dubs establishment; this one is particularly bad though. The food takes a long time to get to you, even when its not busy. A few times we got servers who were high. Literally. One guy was so fried he could hardly concentrate. And honestly the wings are basic and dry. B Dubs a place you go to watch sports and drink beer so you dont notice how bad the food is.

Favorite. Restaurant. Ever. Could it be the delicious buffalo wings seasoned all the way to the bone, or the ability to watch every sport imaginable with just a tilt of the head that won me over? Maybe it is the polite staff, awesome service or just beautifully arranged meals. In all honesty, I dont know which is my favorite part, but you can find out yourself because it is open till 2 am!
