My husband and I went here for the first time tonight really craving some good wings... We didnt realize how far off we were. The atmosphere isnt too bad, a semi relaxed sports bar, but the food was horrible and service just alright. We ordered wings of course, and tried 4 different sauces on both boneless and traditional, our hottest sauce being medium. They were EXTREMELY dry and had hardly any flavor. Although medium is pretty high on their hotness list, they were barely even spicy. When we were sat, the host told us the drink specials, then our server came over to introduce herself. Rather than asking if we knew what we would like to drink and suggesting an alcoholic beverage or coke as you should do as a server, she departed saying shed be back to take our drink order... We already knew we wanted water, and probably would have had a beer if suggested. It took her a while to return, and even longer before asking for our order.... So slow service on her part. The wings came out fairly quick however they tasted horrible as stated above. The waitress returned to see if we needed anything but never asked how the food was tasting, which makes me wonder if she knows how horrible the wings are and avoids confrontation concerning them. The pizza looked okay on other customers tables, but if the wings are any reflection of the rest of their food, I wouldnt venture there to try it. We wont be returning.

not the best wings Ive had, but I dont go there for the food....it has a nice little neighborhood bar feel to it that I enjoy when I visit...staff is awesome, I always appreciate being greeted like they enjoy having me there...and that makes a difference, in my opinion...you could go to a lot of other places but if the service is lousy, why go there again? my only gripe is about the location of the bar, and they are aware of that issue...its right on top of the dining area with nothing separating it...so you really cant have a true bar experience while being mindful of the kids seated nearby...LOL...other than that, great place to hang out for a few cold ones, dine on some grub, and watch football...what more do you need?

I just went to this Bar and Grill for the first time and felt compelled to leave a review so here it is. The food tasted great however the service is lacking. My host whom I dont his name (no name tags).seemed totally distracted by what was playing on the flat screen. I was billed incorrectly (after looking at receipt more than what I ordered) and had asked for a second beverage and never received it. I work in the customer service field in multiple degrees and understand that a busy environment can detract a bit of focus however in this case the place was at most up to 25% capacity. If the server was on point I would have left 5 stars, but good customer service is key. Hope this helps.

I dont know if this franchise is in financial trouble or if this owner is just that cheap (Speedway location). I ordered a 12 pack of wings and was only given one tiny cup of ranch. I asked the waitress for more ranch and she said that she would have to charge me .49 cents for the ranch. I thought she was kidding but lo and behold when the bill came I was charged for the ranch. If you cant afford to give your paying customers dipping sauces for their wings maybe you shouldnt be in the restaurant business! Very tacky!!!! Side note, I have never had this issue at the location in Rita Ranch.

I went here to grab lunch with 45 minutes to burn. After I placed my order, I proceeded to wait 40 minutes to receive my food.The waitress did not come to explain what was happening, I had to stop her. When I did, 30 min after I ordered, I asked that I get the food to go and to have my check. It was another 10 before she came a told me that they were just cooking my burger. There were literally only 2 tables of people there. A total of maybe 7 patrons. When I got my food, the burger was overcooked and had no condiments on it what so ever. Definitely would not go to this restaurant again.

Went to this Bar and grill with my fiancé and another couple. The atmosphere is great. Had the Diamondbacks on. Hostess was nice. The server wasnt that good tho. Had to ask him 3 times for our water. Asked for a refill and never came back. I understand serving can be overwhelming but when we went in, it really wasnt that busy. The wings however were great! Probably the best wings I had in a while. Had the Friday Fish. Two larges pieces of fish but it was all basically the fried breading and no fish inside. Cole slaw would have been great but lacked moisture. It was dry. Fries were okay.

Not too long ago this place was very good. The $.39 wing on Tuesday brought us in...but soon they raised the price, the wings are 1/2 sized as they were (so more money, less food), the quality of the food has gotten really bad. Cold wings....dirty tables and plates and silverware, terrible service... We were regulars for th last 2 years but have noticed a steady decline in quality of food and service. So...they have lost our business....and they dont really care!

Ive been coming here since it was "Native New Yorker." This is one of the best chain restaurants Ive ever been to. The food is delicious with good variety in the menu. Service has always been fast and friendly. Ive never had any complaints about Native at all. I highly recommend it. At the time of writing this review, 10% off with a Cat Card for UA Students as well!

Love this place, great customer service, good food. A little packed but My favorite is the wings. MUST try the Honey Hot and the Strawberry Hot, Best wings along with wings over Broadway. Also they have take out, love it there so good about making sure your order is correct. Defiantly recommend. Also great drinks and good prices.
