My friend and I were returning back from a fun bachelor party with the boys on the Madison river and were in desperate need of women and food. Buffalo wild wings was the only fit. After a drive up beautiful and unique uptown Butte it was time to get to business. The restaurant was divine on a Sunday intended for rest. Terachelle, our server, was easy on the eyes and a pleasure to deal with. The hot wings were hot, fresh, and incredibly moist. I felt guilty bugging terachelle for more ranch all four times but it only brought us closer each trip. I chose the California wrap and was thoroughly impressed. The combo of firm avocado chunks, bacon, chicken and veggies were just shy of perfection. My travel companion opted for the fried chicken salad which was very health concious. The cubes of fried chicken reminded him of fresh chicken on the farm, the extra cheese the chef put on the dish tied all of the wonderful flavors together. In the end I wish I could spend the rest of the trip with terachelle and the lovely other girls but we had to return to Idaho. Until next time Butte Buffalo wild wings. XOXO

Non-biased review here. Cleanliness: 8/10 - nice bathrooms and it is a clean newer restaurant Food: 7/10 - classic b-dubs food as you will find everywhere else Service: 7/10 - our server was fairly attentive and very friendly Why the poor score?? There was ONE person responsible for the entire store when we were there (3:30 pm). She was behind the bar, hosting, serving 6 tables, and manning the to-go. This is ridiculous. I felt so bad for the server. Buffalo Wild Wings: you will not survive this way... 3/10

Terrible service. Hair in food, no refills on water, lazy server. Just disgusting to the restaurant. Lots of workers standing around. Very unsatisfied with this Establishment. Same experience in Spokane Valley Mall Buffalowild wings also last week. Just seems to be a problem with the employees. I have to say in the Valley , I requested a new server.. the Bartender starter waiting on our table , she was great at her Job. I would be back only if she was able to accommodate, shes Amazing at her Job.

Awful, service the last two times at Buffalo Wild Wings Butte has been absolutely brutal. On experience one it took over 45 minutes to get our bill. Todays experience it took over an hour to get chicken tenders to the point where we just got up from the table and left (There were only two tables in there). Place is poorly run, maybe its time to look into not hiring people straight out of prison to work the restaurant and get some people who can provide some decent quality service.

We are regulars at Buffalo Wild wings so we knew what to expect for service and food quality. The food was good but they gave us crappy service and the place was dead. The waitress sat at the end of the bar chatting with the bar tender until our food was ready not bothering to check on us for drinks or anything. Not impressed with this location at all and will never return

The worst service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Drinks came after the entree, which mind you took 45 minuets, which was after 30 of waiting for service. Always have old promos advertised in their lobby. Management could careless about your experience. Dont go here, it is literally faster to drive to Bozeman or Helena.

Forgot 1/2 my takeout order (order was for ~$60 and they forgot $23) and it was super late at night, but that is still no excuse for a "professional" restaurant. This is not the first or the last time they fail at pickup orders. How hard is it to check the receipt and double check if the entire order is in the bag?

We came here at 10pm today and the service wait time was long. Like other reviews, it took 45 minutes to get our food on our table. The food was not great, compare to other restaurants from this chain that weve been to. There was also a wait time to pay. Definitely not a place to get served fast!

Waiting at the front for 15 mins Im a truck driver it was next to where I was dropping a load would have been inconvenient for me to walk somewhere else in the cold wouldnt return to this particular location. / never have a issue with the ones in the Chicago metro or Okc give them 5 stars

I left a post here a few months ago and thought I would try it again. Same experience as before, old promos. Didnt have anything I wanted to order. Dinner took 45 minuets to come and I didnt even eat. What a joke of a location! Never eat here. Here is much better for much less.

Food was tasty, the service was totally lacking. The server was not very attentive and we had to keep tracking her down instead of her coming back to check on us. That was sad cos there were only 5 tables full in the whole place with 3 servers.

Loud and obnoxious atmosphere. Televisions are always super loud so everyone screams to talk over them. I always come out of there with a headache from the noise. Plenty of other good places in Missoula to get wings without going deaf.

Worst service ever. Took over 40 mins to get our order they forgot the ranch and messed up on my sandwich. Then the manger finally agreed to fix the ticket but all he did was remove one soda! It was horrible horrible horrible !!

We were really looking forward to eating there but, after sitting there for over 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that we were there, we left. The service was horrible and we will not be going back.

Terrible, slow service. Our food came out cold, stale and to the wrong people. I never got a beverage refill. It took 1:45 to get lunch. Terrible, disappointing - will not repeat this poor choice in dining.

Food is good for someone craving sodium and fried food. The thing I ordered seems to not really fall into any food categories... the kids were distracted with tablets and tvs, not my kind of place.

Just discovered wings are 1/2 price on Tuesdays. Tuesdays: Sometimes $10 Papa Murphys, sometimes 1/2-off wings. Party time in Helena on Tuesdays I guess!
