Went here starving after a big hike. As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted by a hostess. There was no one standing at the podium. And we stood there for a few minutes awkwardly as no one else working acknowledged our exsistence. Finally, hostess shows up, and seats us. We sit there for about 10-15 minutes and NOT ONE single soul comes to our table to even greet us. Mind you, there are people sitting at the table next to us and there IS someone waiting on them. We were there so long we figured out everything we wanted to order, and I even tried to make eye contact with some of the employees who acted like were werent there. Keep in mind this is on a Friday at around 5 pm. The place was busy, and we mustve seen at LEAST 15-20 emoloyees. Some were just milling about, getting their own drinks and chatting. Needless to say we ended up walking out and Going someonere else. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Horrible service.

2011年6月20日（月）に予習無しに偶然入った店でしたが大満足でした。まずスタッフが明るく、とにかく頻繁に声をかけてくれます。生ビール（日本の生中と生大の間ぐらいのサイズ）が2.95ドルってのは嬉しい。また、おつまみ系ディッシュも質と量の割にはなかなか良かったです。私たちは夫婦2人で訪れましたがこの量だと4人ぐらいでシェアするといろいろな種類を楽しめてちょうど良さそうです。入口の割に店内は間口が広く奥に深くかなりゆったりした空間です。

Called an order in at 6:35 pm they said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Arrived at 6:50 and they said the order was complete all they needed to do was put in a bag. 20 minuets later the order is still not ready. Went to the cashier and he said it will be another 10 minutes, he said the same thing its ready but they need to bag it. We just asked for a refund but it took them another 10 minuets to find a manager and another 5 minuets for him to find the order and refund our money. Turns out the order was done but was just sitting in the back the whole time. The manager apologized but didnt say much or offer anything. There were 10 other people waiting for their order as well and they were all still waiting when we finally left. Very disappointing, we will no longer be going to bww.

The waiter was friendly enough but our food was incredibly slow coming out. Its not even very busy, half the tables are empty and there was no wait for a table. My onion rings were cold, greasy and over cooked (and tasted burned). It took a while to get the waiters attention but he said he would get me new ones. By the time I got them, I was finished with my sandwich (as was the rest of our group). The fresh onion rings were marginally better, they were at least hot this time. He never checked back with us until he brought the check. And, were still waiting for him to come take it to run the card. I would rate the service slow and food fair.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. First of all the resturant was only half full and it took an hour and 20 mins to get some wings. The waitress checked on our table 2 times in 2 hours. Matter of fact I saw the waitress more times after asking for the check then I did the other 1hr and 55 mins I was there. So finally after getting our food I was told the wings were on discount and it was a new promotion. So it took more than an hour for three orders of wings??? Sounds like crappy management. This place needs to be on bar rescue because they need to be shown how to run a business. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Food was fine as usual but when I walked in to pick up my online order, not one person greeted me. No one acknowledged me at all. There was another couple ahead of me and the cashier never acknowledged me until he was done with the first order. The manager came by, never said a word and didnt jump in to help - he sauntered by as though I should be grateful he was there and not the other way around. No one I saw was smiling. Usually service is fair - weve had a few very good visits. Service tonight was non existent. I shouldnt have to wait nearly 30 mins to pick up an online order!

The food was okay but nothing special, but service was lackluster. We had two different servers, 3 Guinnesses with bad heads, and it took forever to get anything, including dressing, the Guinnesses, and even napkins. Really. We didnt get any napkins with hotwings. I knew service in Flagstaff is generally not great but even with that grain of salt I was largely disappointed. When youre one of two tables and a 2-top at the bar it baffles me that we would have to wait as long as we did for anything. That is all before the massive bill. Dont order fries. A handful is $4, and a Guinness is 7$

privately owned so dont expect Buzztime hours - closes at midnite while Buzztime goes til 2 am & its the only Buzztime spot for 100s of miles! ugh!! no .65 wing Tues or Thurs! instead order wings off menu for half price - lame since i wanted 6 wings like every other BWW, but was limited to either 5, 10, or 15. lame! horrible wifi, but free. wifi is satellite but it storms everyday in AZ! can we say bright move??? NO!! great service at the bar, especially if Cory is serving! he is the best! otherwise, this review is 1 star. thanks Cory! xoxo

Great TV set ups to watch some football. The wings and beer are always good. As far as Flagstaff goes, this is one of the few places where you can really watch a lot of sports at once and its definitely one of the better places to do so. Every now and then youll get some wings that are a bit on the dryer side when it comes to the sauce, but Ive never had a problem asking for a little more wing sauce to throw in there and the staff is always more than happy to help, so I really cant complain too much.

I dont know if it is typical here but to wait almost an hour, literally, for a dozen boneless wings, cheese curds, and a quesadilla seems a little excessive. Our drinks from the bar and appetizer came out really quick, within 5 minutes or so. Then we place our food order and wait, and wait, and wait..... the waitress was nice, no issues there. Food was good and hot, drinks were cold, and atmosphere was there.

Yesterday we had terrible service here so I wrote a review about my experience. Later that night the manager Bryan Beck called me and wanted to apologize and buy us lunch. This time we were greeted right away, even though it was busy they kept us updated about the wait time. Our food was good and the waiter staff was great. Thank you Bryan Beck for making it right.

Ive never been to such a clean and sanitary store. My waiter dropped my basket of wings on the floor, apologized, and asked if I wanted replacements. I said, "sure!" and guess what! He got them for me! Then he washed his hands after using the restroom (I ran into him in there - talk about coincidence!) Yum yum... I would go back for seconds in a split second! Ha!

Good service, good local beer, good bdubs. Lots of mediocre reviews of this location but we didnt have any issues. We didnt like the both we were ordinal offered si the quickly gave us a four top table. Service was reasonably quick for a Friday. The location has a weird floorplan (never seen a bw3 with a party room) but that didnt effect the food.
