OVERVIEW - 3.6 Ive come here a few times in the past when they were new and came here last night. I have to say, I feel like the new glow has lost its feel. LOCATION - 4 They are conveniently located off the freeway near McDonalds. It is a little tricky to find if youre not familiar with the area. PRICE - 4 I found the prices rather average. For 2 burritos, a kids quesadilla, a small drink and an order of chips it came to about $15 (we had a coupon mailer for a buy one get one free). PRODUCT/SERVICE - 4 The burrito seemed to be lacking to me compared to the previous times I had been there. Granted my burrito was loaded, but it just seemed to lack taste. My tastebuds are weak when it comes to spicy things, and the taste of the burrito was a little spicy for my liking. POINTERS/PERKS - 3 Of all the times Ive been here, I honestly think the thing that keeps me coming back are the chips! They are amazing! Theres a slight lemon zing to the flavor which I utterly love! EMPLOYEES - 3 In the past Ive been impressed with the employees, but last night, I wasnt. I understand what it is like to work in the fast food industry, but it seemed like the young lady that made our burritos didnt really care, nor was she that patient with us (my wife has never been there before).

5 well deserved stars go to Ryker - and staff! Why? Because, first and foremost, I have been to several Chipotle restaurants in the Salt Lake Valley and I love to eat at any Chipotle! (Always great food at a fantastic price) But this time Ryker took customer service to the next level. He really stood out! He was fast, friendly, genuine, and topped it off by providing solid recommendations in making the ultimate burrito! I love burritos, yes! But, I dont know how it happened, somehow this time Ryker threw together the BEST tasting burrito of my life! Thats right! I took my family in yesterday to eat and guess what! ( We cant help but come back again TODAY! ) - p.s if I could attach another 5 stars to the first 5 I would!

I am vegan, and noticed some steak had landed in the sofrita tofu, and when I pointed it out the staff immediately made a new batch of sofrita protein and gave me free drinks and chips and compensated my guacomale add to my bowl. I was just already grateful that they made a new batch of sofrita but the added stuff was very nice and I loved the service from the staff! If I didnt live in downtown slc I would always come to this chipotle!!

Customer service was amazing, asked the people their name cause thats how much I loved them. Alan, Avery and Parker all deserve promotions and raises. My salad was great by the way. Will be coming back just to see them! They just make it a great atmosphere. My salad order is tedious and I saw no eye rolls or signs of attidude (which is rare from younger people) LOVED. Recommending to everyone I know

I thought that the burritos were a lot of rice with half a scoop of meat i then asked for a little bit more meet willing to pay extra and they said thats how much the put in the burritos and asked for a little bit of guacamole and the put a hole cup of it and then to find out that guacamole is a extra 2.05$ only thinking it was gonna be .50$ i could have gone to McDonalds and had better food

About once a year Ill talk myself into going back to chipotle. It always sounds a lot better than it is. There are so many better options for quick service Mexican. Taste and portions are inferior to the other options. If there is no other option in a market, chipotle beats Del Taco, but if you have the option... Get better food at Cafe Rio

For some reason brand new chipotle restaurants are always trying to skimp you on everything. Dont know if they just want to cook less or if some manager is telling them to be skimpy. Also the chip bags have the lowest chip count I have ever seen from a chipotle. Just remember they cannot refuse to give you more beans and rice.

Big fan of Chipotle in general. However, this location is the best Ive been to. Food was the usual great quality and the service and cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent. The staff went above and beyond what was expected to make sure that we enjoyed our dinner and our visit! Thanks guys!

I love the taste of the food. Unfortunately, they skimp on my food every time I go to the Lehi Chipotle. I asked for double rice (knowing they are stingy) This is what I received. The gentleman in front of me had a meal twice the size of mine. Not cool.

Excellent quality, amazing staff, top-notch service. I am not really a huge Chipotle fan, but this place changed that. Even when theyre busy, they kill it. I highly recommend this place for a good sit down meal, or in a rush.

The workers are always on their phones never washes their hands and they cross contaminate food. The guacamole never looks fresh. By far the worst chipotle Ive been too. Wont come there again
