Absolutely abysmal. I went here with my wife, and after ordering, we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. And by waited, I mean they lost our order and we had to remind them to make it. Instead of offering a free pastry or anything to make up for it, they gave us our meal which consisted of macaroni and cheese that was ice cold, and a sandwich of slimy turkey and moldy bread. Mind you this meal costed me almost $20. I would never come back this place again.

Usually they have decent service here, but the staff is not friendly and is unprofessional. Tonight, as Jessica took my order she threw a pen at another workers backside and talked to other workers while I was trying to order. There was a woman walking around the kitchen with a baby, and eventually set her on the counter by the cash register. Very unprofessional service tonight.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the automatic latte cofee machine was not adjusted and provided no crema. Instead it simply made the milk watery. No coffe taste whatsoever. This is a common problem in all of the places where the automatic machines are located. This one was just one of the worse I have experienced.

as I was standing waiting for my food to be placed on the counter I smelled something burning. I thought- I hope thats not my food and surely they have thrown that burnt food item away. Sadly I was wrong on both counts. they were very nice and quick about replacing my burnt Panini but it should never have been served to me.

Terrible. The restaurant wasnt busy, yet we still waited way too long for our food. When we finally got our food, there were a few mistakes with the order. I also found a piece of the plastic soup bag inside of my bowl of soup. I love Panera, but I will never eat at this one again.

One time I went here they put my food up on the counter and apparently called my name (guess they didnt bother to repeat it when I didnt hear them and didnt come pick up my food). It sat there until it was cold when I walked up to find it sitting there and nobody around to care.

Although the food was decent, the manager was incredibly rude to me when I arrived seven to ten minutes early for my food. The staff was nice enough to make it for me even when I didnt know I was early, but the manager was very rude when she found out what happened.

I asked for unsweetened ice tea at 8.20 pm and the store closes at 9 and they refused to make a new batch and i paid for it.. I am writing my review inside Panera in Murrysville as we speak and i spent 30 bucks here..

This is a well managed Panera Bread. They are super fast. And really great if you order off of the app on your phone (Mobile orders) It is spacious inside and only busy around typical meal times.
