I really enjoy going to Chipotle, and as a college student, I come here a lot. Background: I am vegetarian, trying to go vegan again. I havent eaten meat in over a year. I enjoy Chipotle in particular so I can have my sofritas. Situation: There have been bits of steak flung into my sofritas four times in the past four times I have gone to this particular store. Ive never experienced this at all back home, or anywhere else Ive gone. For those that dont know, I would get very sick if I ate meat at this point. I could have an allergy, for all they know. Cross contamination is a serious issue regardless, and who is to say sofritas arent being flung into the other food? Soy is one of the major allergies. Because this keeps happening, I keep bringing it up to the staff, and this last time I was treated almost like a petulant kid. Me bringing up your issues with food safety says nothing about me. I am typically a very patient person, but four times is really pushing it.

Up until May, I was a college student in Alliance, and I was in town when the Chipotle opened. The food is fantastic, and I have never had notable differences in my order even when different people make it (the exception being the new employees that they are training, but even then the next time I get them they are spot on), and although sometimes they arent the most social, they are very attentive and very good at their jobs.

Its lunch time and no chicken is cut and ready. Gentlemen behind the counter start asking people behind me does anyone want steak? Took them in front of me, didnt even ask if i wanted to wait for chicken or did I want something else. I spoke up and told him I wanted steak instead because I dont want to wait for chicken. Not happy with the way I was treated. Food was good.

Love the app that allows me to order and pay ahead, then waltz (okay walk) in and pick up my order at the cash register. I am purposely trying something different each time and have enjoyed the salads, bowls and tacos. Love the distinctive flavors of this franchise and find the guacamole the absolute best!

This is a good Chipotle. Ive been to many and these people seem to care. The line isnt intolerable here and it actually moves. Inside is clean. Food is good. Meat is actually cooked. Staff is generally pretty cool. Online ordering operates smoothly here with a dedicated register.

I generally love Chipotle, but this one has been iffy. Twice I have gotten undercooked rice - not al dente, but still crunchy. Considering rice is a huge portion of most things you get here, thats just not acceptable.

The food tasted fine and the staff were accommodating but my burrito was a little cold, especially the chicken which I paid for extra of. Not a bad experience but sub par for what I usually expect from a Chipotle.

I love Chipotle, the food is always great, regardless of which restaurant you go to. Prices are much cheaper here (Im used to Chicago prices), however staff always seem disinterested and not particularly happy.
