Service was incredably slow and the employees didnt seem to care. A few days ago I ordered some take out. I was told that the order would be ready in 25-30 minutes and to pull up to their take out window. About 35 minutes after I called I pulled up to the restaurant. There was a car already at the window so I patiently waited for them to get their order and leave. 20 minutes later they finally left. I chalked that long wait to a possibly rude or demanding customer. When I got to the window the employee asked for my name, he went looking for my order and didnt come back for 10 minutes. When he came back he said that they needed another 10-15 minutes but wanted me to pay for the food and park for 10 minutes and come back around. So I paid and waited. Then got back in the to-go line behind now 2 cars. Those 2 cars took over an hour to get their food! I wish I could have gotten out of the to-go line, but there were 3 other cars behind me so I was stuck waiting. Finally when I got to the window it had been over 2 hours since I had made the original order and when I got my food it was totally cold. The food was also just thrown into the bag so everything was jumbled together in a heap. What a waste of my time and money. It would have been so much faster if I had dined-in. I hope they read these reviews and learn from these mistakes because our family will not be visiting the Kaysville establishment again.

Tonight I was reminded why I havent been back to wingers in over four years. Theres some issues with this place. My experience was upsetting and disappointing. 1. Price The price for 4 small Chicken strips and some fries totaled to 15.00!! Are you kidding me!! Thats outrageous and not acceptable. (To the server who told us a side salad was a dollar.) Your incorrect, it was actually $2.00. Get the prices straight, lower them too while your at it. 2. Quality. Inconsistent/Unreasonable (disgusting) The chicken was not fresh. Totally cold!!! It was bland and had nothing special. For a place thats famous for its Sticky Fingers, the legend didnt live up to its name. What a joke! The amount of food you receive is pathetic for how much your being (over) charged for it! The chicken strips were too far too small. Im sorry but I order a meal, not a kids small meal. I think thats unacceptable I found this place to be ridiculous and definitely not worth your time or money! Never again! Stay away! This place is an absolute joke and completely unreasonable! I was very upset and will never step foot in here again. Im not surprised the Salt Lake Citys location has closed, and Im sure this Kaysville location will follow suit.

I a couple months ago had a issue with a server and we were very unhappy. Both owners wrote me and were very very kind and said things would change and my husband and I agreed to try 1 more time, but we waited for a bit to go and when we did go back it was absolutely incredible and we loved it and we love the food and the service was 100% better and it was so good that we as a family have been there maybe 3 times later. We recently took my daughter there for her 13th birthday for breakfast and wow I never knew how great breakfast was till I went there and we love dinner. You definitely need to try breakfast!!! I wanna thank the people at Wingers for the great experience we got and we are very happy to come back to you and it was also a please that I got to meet one of the owners and she was out there working and not many places do that which means they work hard as a team and really are there to make your time a good experience. I give them a 10 for everything. Thank you guys for everything!!!

We walked in at 5:23 and ordered at 5:33. There was only two other tables with customers, each had 2 people. Thats all. An Empty restaurant. Our food came out at 6:25!!!!!! We kept asking where our food was and she keep telling us They had lots of call-in orders. So you should know that if you walk into this place, you are a low priority. You should also know that no matter how long you wait for your food, they only consider your waiting time to be their "cooking time". So no matter when you put in your order, until they start cooking it "the click has not started". (Thats what we were told!) Side bar- the mens restroom had 1 sink out of order, no soap and the hand sanitizer by the door is empty. This place is in decline. Skip it. Theres better service in town. The food here is fine but not worth the wait or the unclean restrooms. If you must eat here, phone in your order. You will get it much faster; no matter where you are driving in from!!!

This location must be going out of business soon. Its the only way I can explain the terrible experience we had. There were 5 full tables. We waited for EVERYTHING. After the food finally came, it took them 10 minutes to get us silverware. But wait...theres more! It wasnt silverware, but instead a massive handful of to-go utensils. "Sorry, we are SLAMMED and there are no clean silverware. Im so sorry!" Food was cold. Waited on drinks. They were maybe at 1/5 capacity... Asked if they could have the manager do anything for us when the bill came. She returned having already charged my card and brought a $10 certificate for a future visit. Manager didnt even come out. It was easily the worst restaurant experience we have had in many years, and the way you make it right is to ensure we come back and subject ourselves to it again? There are only 4-5 options in Kaysville. Now there are 3-4. Too bad. Well miss you, Wingers!

Minus a star for no bar, beer selection is like 6 beers bud, blue moon, Heineken, new Belgium flat tire and some other one. And another, I went in on a Sunday and everyone was in the back (no view of the seating area) so they had no idea I was there for about 5 minutes. After I ordered they disappeared into the kitchen again. A family came in and waited. Then found me and asked me if we were open. I had to tell them I dont work there and I had to wait some time. They then left. Because no one came out until my food was done, then got me another drink so I had 1 and a half drinks. She didnt come back for some time. And minus another for not knowing how to cook a burger. I was asked red or no red.... really Ive been to other wingers and they know rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, well. So I said medium well, thats very very little pink. It came back medium rare. Fries were good and the girl was nice.

Skylar was awesome and friendly and we received great service! !!! Skyler Gets 5 Stars! !!! We went in the next day, Skylar was off, Daniel was our server. He needs to take lessons from Skyler. He spilled boysenberry jam all over 4 of us. It Ruined a pair of our shoes. By the time it was all cleaned up our food was cold. He did walk up and throw a coupon on the table and said, here is a free dessert for spilling jam and walked off. In order for the four people in three different families to get the free dessert, we must come back and purchase an entree! !!!!! I understand accidents happen but If he would of acted like he cared that we were there or that he was truly sorry, I would not be writing this review! !!!!!!!!!! IF YOU EAT HEAR, ASK FOR SKYLER!!!!
