The carhop took my cash, bid us “goodnight”, and didnt give me the change. It was less than a buck, but what kind of manners is that? I couldnt even point it out to him or any of the staff, because this Sonic has people pull up and wait in line past the drive-thru window, and the people behind me already had received their orders and were waiting to go. Im left wondering if that particular guy has noticed this and makes a habit of keeping customers small change, betting they wont park and come in to complain because its not worth their time. Rude. I ordered a lemon pie shake. I got a coconut cream pie shake with lemon wedges in it. I KNOW this isnt how Sonic makes those shakes, because Ive been having them all summer. This one tasted bizarre, and I kept choking on lemon seeds. Halfway through, I traded it to my sister for her strawberry shake. There were chunks of fibery stuff in the strawberry shake that didn’t taste like strawberry, so I checked the receipt to see if they didnt add pineapple bits or something... and then I notice I was charged extra to make the shake strawberry. Is that normal? Isnt strawberry a basic shake flavor? Thats what it says on the menu, anyway... I mean, what flavor is just "shake" without vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry? According to this receipt, I can just order "shake" next time if I don’t want to get charged extra. Anyway, I found out what those fibery bits were: rotten brown leaves from the strawberry caps. C’mon man, that’s where the salmonella risk is.

First of all, you walk in and cant even talk to a person face to face, so I waited by one of the doors until someone noticed me. Took about 5 minutes before I was noticed. While in those 5 minutes I was listening to what the man in the door way was talking about with one of the young females. She had to be about 16-17 years old and I over heard him talking very inappropriately towards her. ( Sexually, flirty) very disturbing. Also he looked extremely stoned or something because his eyes were lobster red. The man was the Operater Will Gammage come to find out later when I had asked who he was after my complaint to the manager. I minded my own business and continued to wait. Once he finally saw me standing there, I asked him how exactly I order in this place. He sent me to a big menu and phone thing on the wall. Ok cool. My food was cold and I was missing my French fries. Maybe if Will was paying attention to his restaurant instead of preying on these young girls, my food would have been made correctly. Horrible service and will never return.

I pulled into the drive thru ghsir was only 2 cars I ordered w large drinks thinkin I would be im amd out littlle did I know I was gonna be sittin the drive thru for 20 minutes finishin my drink I orderdd while waitin die to the first car looked to have had a huge order I asled the lady of I could get a refill she replied NO and said I could drive around and order a new drink huh? But you made me amd another sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes til the front car vot their order Im never going back

Very poorly run. Have always loved Sonic. Worked at one all through high school. Nothing to love about this one. This sonic charges for refills. Full price. What?! Fries were not cooked all the way through. Was given burnt hot fudge scraped from the bottom of the can. Disgusting. Very poor management.

The food is the same sonic food, but it took 40 minutes to get my order, my burger was missing, and our tab couldnt be split so one had to pay for all three. This place is amazingly understaffed. If you dont mind waiting as long as you do at a restaurant and paying the same amount then this place is for you.

You find something you really like Im menu and then they take it away. My order could have been completed if the person had just tried. I mean how hard is it to take a snicker blizzard and make a hole down the middle and add some caramel....??? They took away the "funnel" blizzard... not a hapoy customer.

Wonderful experience at this specific location. Always been a fan of sonic but the customer service that I received from WILLIAM GAMMAGE made me and my family feel like we deserved that meal. If I were to take my parents to get another burger it would have to be from here. THANK YOU.

Horrible food, horrible service, dirty empty resturant, phones dont work to order, benches dangerous and falling apart. I feel very sorry for the owner of this franchise it is always empty. We need a better neighbor restaurant than this dump. I will never set foot in here again.

Always the best spot to get a good meal and good vibes. Met the owner for this sonic WILLIAM GAMMAGE best service I got in years . It was my brothers birthday he was having a rough one , with the help of this location it turned out to be special and he got to watch Basketball!

I saw the reviews on Google maps and I was hesitant to eat here. But to my surprise the staff was nice and the food came out quick. All the food was cooked and tasted fine. The price as always was expensive for what you get but that is sonics.

This Sonic is an indoor sonic with not a lot of life to it. Ive never seen the space very crowded. The staff are pretty friendly but are definitely slow at taking orders. As for the food, its good quality and similar to every Sonic.

The burgers were overly saturated in mustard. The onion rings disgusting, their batter has some kind of sweetner in it and it over powers the flavor of the onion. Overall, my families favorite thing here was leaving.

This place sucks! I came at 10pm and the sign said open and everything and they completely ignored me as if they were closed and i heard them inside laughing when website obviously says they close at 11pm

Most horrible fast food anywhere. The inside is falling apart, you wont get water or a napkin without asking. Waitress couldnt get order right for anything. Go down the street to Carl Jrs or Subway.

Pretty bad. They have the main lobby closed for renovations yet they still want the drive through revenue with a diminished staff. Simple order or two shakes. Messed both of them up.

This is not your ordinary Sonic, not a drive-in. Liked that it was inside but didnt like the way you ordered. Staff didnt seem helpful and the store really needs cleaned up/updated.

Its good fast food, but a bit expensive for a decent meal. Nice indoor seating with TVs to watch. Patio dining is nice in the cooler months. No car hops at this location.
