If you are in the mood for some quick Mexican food with a polite and friendly staff look else ware. The service is consistently slow and the employees are extremely rude. Thinking that I could avoid this completely I decided to have an order delivered. When the food failed to arrive an hour and a half after placing my order on-line I called the shop. They told me they had not received a fax. They put me on hold for 5 min and when the call rang though I had to explain that my order was lost all over again. Once the order was place I asked if they could rush the delivery since the first one was lost. They promptly hung up on me.

I go here often. Never found metal in my food. Order was never wrong. No one was ever rude or took too long. I think the people leaving nasty reviews are over privileged, rude and obnoxious, so when people dont snap to their every decision, they get frustrated. Thats all of Hoboken in general. Furthermore, the grammar and spelling on these reviews sound like children wrote them. I saw someone replace "where" with "ware." Are you kidding me? Did you not graduate the 8th grade?

I went once in Qdoba, I previously had experience from Chipotle mexican grill. So I ordered them burrito bowl, the guy put little rice, so I asked him to put little bit more. similarly they are putting little little stuffs. So i was telling them to put them litlle more. at last when I saw the bill It was doubled the original. Then I decided to never go there

Really bad Customer service. The workers treat you as if you are asking food for free... I ordered my food online through GrubHub, when I reached there they said they didnt receive any order.... And when the GrubHub person called they were like the customer already picked up the food, while I was waiting there since 40 mins..

I love their chicken Taco Salad!!!! Service its great and fast. Food with a lot of flavour. You have many options and i like that i can see what i am buying. All clean, great price. Theres outdoor seating which its great for this season. I recomend the place and yes, am absolutely coming back.

Good chips and guacamole. Reasonable hours that are better on Saturday Nights. I do wish the portions were bigger though. It does have a GORGEOUS old billboard on the side of the building that I felt was worth taking a picture of.

Qdoba beats Chipotle. The flavors are slightly similar. But the way its cooked also makes the difference. The rice inside the wrap I had at Chipoltle was under cooked and the meat is too hard. Ive never had that problem at Qdoba.

$1.25 for an extra scoop or two of rice in my bowl. More than the $0.90 they get for guacamole, and they offered to give me the tortilla that I would have gotten if I ordered a regular burrito. This is why I eat at Chipotle.

Not good or handled well when it gets really crowded. Otherwise, it is great for a quick bite with variety of options and free guac! If you are around, the value is great if you get their coupons once in a while.

Multiple times they mess up my order. I always ask for no cheese and yet I still get the guy who puts cheese on my tacos because he didnt listen to me the first time.

Qdoba is going to run out of business soon, long live Chipotle mexican grill. I hate going there for 1 reason the Manager is too freaking loud. and the food is yuck.
