Just had the worst customer service in there, went in to order my son a kids meal and from the start she was very sarcastic to me when I asked a question, then I asked if juice or milk came with instead of a fountain drink, instead of being kind about it she was sarcastic and snapped at me that its just the fountain drinks, I almost said forget my order because that attitude was plain hurtful but I didnt how ever I will no longer go back and be sure to tell anyone I know about the bad service. The name on my reciept was Colleen k. She acted is if was meant to know everything and I had only been in twice before in a diff location and never ordered a kids meal yet. Never again will I give my money to firehouse subs which is a shame because they were very tasty otherwise

Came in today. Food is always good but the service has been lacking lately. I came in and the girl who was working was busy chatting with a boy looked right at me but didnt even greet me. The kid behind the counter ignored me even when I walked up to the counter to place my order he was busy playing on his phone. Another guy came from in the back and immediately helped me. Service leaves much to be desired.

I was having a really bad day and my dad and I decided "Hey lets go to firehouse subs". The food is usually decent but not today. After we got our sandwiches, I immediately felt sad. The bun was flat and after taking a bite, I tasted that the meat was very dry. This sandwich made my already bad day worse and I can for sure say I will never go back to this place again.

The sandwiches here make me feel all types of ways. The the fully involved Italian is my all time favorite. The service is always fast and polite. Plus, you can order online and have it ready when you walk in. They also have the Free Style Coca-Cola machine so you can make some insane drink combinations that would be impossible otherwise.

For us it was nothing to write home about. The best thing for our family was the fun pop machine which you can make all your different flavors at. Also there is a sauce bar, so you can top your sub with a hundred different dressing from mild to extreme or hot.

Had never heard of this chain before and gave it a shot. Sub was outstanding (Smokehouse Beef & Chedder). Alot of good flavor and juicy - though not enough to soak the bread. Cool atmosphere and a ton and a half of beverage choices. Will go again.

Very good. I will probably be making this a regular stop on my trips across the state. Food is great, if anything too large of proportions. I had an 8 inch and its plenty of food. Half gone already.

Their sandwiches seem to be loaded with meat and flavor. Warning once you have a firehouse sub, Subway will let you down every time after.

Good hot sub chain. Has a Coke freestyle machine. Location makes parking hard but has plenty of space inside. Kids eat free on Sunday.
