We have given this place several chances but every time we go there are problems. Last time we called our order ahead because we were pressed for time, when we arrived we were told the order wasnt ready only to be handed a bag 20 minutes later that had been sitting there since we walked in. Tonight we showed up and hour ans a half before closing and never got addressed, served,"be with you in a moment" or anything. One employee was mopping while another preparing food. They saw us...eye contact was made....but neither if them moved or said a work to help! This place always has the most "slacker" crew Ive ever seen!

Living in the south i kno we lik Alot of season, salt , etc., But this place gos behind that with salt ..If u want high blood pressure be my guess go here and order the boneless wings and there sweet and salty tasting french fires...I will continue to go to Sonic for my boneless wings and my chilli cheese fries... Because wing stop is outrageous with salt..Im only 25 dont need diabetes nor high blood pressure...lol ijs...My $20 dollars wasted

Ive been to this wingstop several times and no matter what, I never had a good experience. The first time was great, second made me think twice due to under cooked chicken and the final time was worse. I had to wait over an hour for my food while people who came after me ordered more than what I had ordered got their food before me. Needs a lot of improvement.

NEW ORLEANS MUSIC CONNECTION
The employees cursing because customers are not here to get there orders. I ordered online so I would not have to wait and wound up waiting 20 mins after the time I was told my order would be ready. There was no one in the place. The worse part was the cursing it was uncalled for in front of customers.

I appreciate the server on the phone reading the order back to me and checking it again when I arrived. The wings were hot and ready when I arrived. I ordered the garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and original hot. It was delicious. You cant beat the wing flavors and fresh cut fries. Im stuffed!

Its great to have Wingstop in the area. Loved it college (Monroe, LA). Always ordered it in Houston when I went to visit my buddies. Fresh Fries. Solid ranch. And most importantly, great wings. Plus, theyre open to midnight. Who doesnt have the late night munchies...right?

Second time going and slow service that almost gave me the wrong order. Wanted to know the more about what flavors they had and all the girl behind the counter could wrap her mind around was how many did I want. Just bad experience both times Ive gone there.

They did not put sauce on one of my order of wings. When I tried to call they keep me on hold for ever twice, than hung up on me three times, when I called back they didnt answer! Bad customer service!

I ordered the terriyaki, garlic, and hawaiian wings. The teriyaki was okay. The second tasted horrible. The third burnt my lips and tongue badly when I didnt even order anything hot.

The wings are better here and so are the hot hot flavors and sauces! And you can call ahead for your order! it wins as a lunch break eatery for sure! P.S. Dont sleep on the rolls!

Good selections of sauces and wing types. Sometimes things taste over seasoned, but its nothing terrible. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a Pokémon Gym nearby.
