disgusting place, horrible service,bad food, and disrespectful staff. Had a reservation for 9 girls at 7:30pm to celebrate a friends birthday and we werent seated till 9pm. No one but the host spoke English and she was no help. finally sat down at 9pm and waited another 40 just to get a chef. The chef was disrespectful and had a tone of attitude. Dont even bother complaining, theres no one to talk too and they dont care anyways. Not worth the price that was paid for.

The hibachi chef on Valentines Day asked everyone, including the lesbian couple, who their boyfriend or husband was. When the lesbians said they were each others valentines, he proceeded to say "well it is legal, but its such a waste to not have a man." Later he continued to insult their relationship by saying he could come home with them to "heat things up." He could not have been more disgusting.

Not a good Hibachi experience. First time at this restaurant. Not good service. Rushed meal. We were out in less than an hour. Just ok food. The sauces are so thick and sweet, not good with the meats and vegetables. There was a group of 10 year old kids next to our table and the restaurant staff did not say anything to the parents. Back to Lumix in Lynbrook for the next Hibachi dinner.

We came at around 8:10 on a Saturday and waited for 45 minutes to get a Hibachi Table for 6 people. I kept on asking the waiter for how long is the wait but they have no idea. At 9:41 we are still waiting for our food. The manager came one to explain and offered some appetizers. I told the manager to hire more Hibachi Chefs especially on a busy day.

I had the Oceans Treasure for dinner! My palate is absolutely loving the chefs special sauce paired with asparagus and scallops with shrimp OMG grilled to perfection. I also had the shumai the sauce is amazing. Loved every single bite, savored each chew. I am so glad they are so close to me! Happy happy happy!

worst hibachi place ever, when you get there you will see a retard outside the door that laugh at you at all times.then when you get in dont ask for the manager because he is the most stupid person dont know how to manage the business and doesnt even speak English.

I had a reservarion for 7:30 for 9 girls. We only sat at 9:00 and our food only came at 9:30... I would suggest a more organized reservation. We were arguing with the chef, the workers. Not a very kind group of people. Overall i did not have a good time.

Excellent food, friendly staff. Ive been here before and Ill be back again! This time around we were really hungry, we wanted hibachi but didnt want to wait for the whole show, so we grabbed a table instead, worked out great!

The Hibachi experience was wonderful for the kids. Quick time getting my margaritas from the bar, very friendly manager that would come at the end of my meal and introduce herself, ask about our experience after our meal.
