Please read this because it will save you from eating here. The people who work here are disgusting. Outright disgusting. My family and I as a party of 7 came here for a graduation brunch, were given waters 25 minutes in, pickles 35 minutes in, and coleslaw came in roughly 40 minutes after coming in. Apparently our order was "lost" and we were not notified until an hour and a half after we placed our order. Mind you, we have the elderly and two small kids with us, making it impossible to deal with so much time without food. Our waitress never came back, we asked for the manager and he said "So sorry, will be out soon." Atleast 3 different times. Food finally arrived, one meal at a time. None were difficult to make. Breakfast food, sandwichs, and a salad. A new waitress came, being nasty from the start. After complaining to the manager, he told us "the cooks werent working as well and our waitress was crying because of all the pressure." Making excuses left and right, actually pathetic. Then when our new waitress insults my mom for asking why the wait is so long, saying "we have never worked in this type of business." (My mom being a nurse, grandma being a para, and my aunt being a vet) She insults us a little more to feel better about herself, then leaves. My aunt follows her into the kitchen and yells at her, and my aunt is known to never start anything. We get our meal free and walk away still hungry after not wanting to eat cold, disgusting food. Will never come back here in a billion years and hope this place shuts down soon.

Having 3 hours to kill I explained my situation, first to the charming hostess and then to the cheetful waitress. They let me get away with ordering a single Coke, which I nursed for the whole 3 hours. My waitress even brought me a platter of slaw and pickles, gratis. In other words, I cant honestly comment on the food, but I can tell you this is one of the kindest places Ive ever seen. The locals seem to love it, which means something too.

Service seems to be the major variable here, with some waitresses being excellent, and others being poor. The food is pretty good, with a variety of options. Its definitely not a upscale restaurant, but it doesnt try to be, its nice for what it is. For a diner I do find it to be a bit pricey for certain items, so dont come here expecting to spend less than at a restaurant. Overall, its a nice local place, but nothing to drive far for.

Worse experience. The service was awful. The eggs were and cold. Bacon eas ordered crispy and clearly waa not. No butter or syrup gor the pancakes until we made issue and asked for it. We ordered hot tea and were served tepid water. A request had to be made 3 times gor the tea. Think twice about going again

The Woodrow is tied in first place with one of my other favorites the Annadale Terrace. The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. I have never left this Diner feeling dissatisfied. Their food is always spot on. You will not be disappointed.

More of a restaurant than a diner. Ive been here numerous times, and had lunch, dinner, and even breakfasts here. Im never disappointed with the food or the service. If youre hungry, and even finicky, come here and leave full and happy.

Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, large menu and the food is well prepared, served fast and hot to your table. Serving staff is very friendly and helpful and cheerful every time I have been there.
