The 5 stars are for the restaurant and food cause we have no problem with that... The real problem was the server and in a way the floor manager. I wish I could remember his name. We knew something was going to go wrong just cause of our servers attitude and reactions. He took our drink orders and then came back to ask if we wanted alcoholic beverages and we told him no...his reaction on his face said disappointment and honestly made us feel uncomfortable. We were there for a little over 10 min and still havent gotten our bread and actually had to stop him and mention it to him, he responded with " I got you". What he brought was an over cooked bread, he even warned us it was over cooked and it was hard as a rock....I understood he warned us but my problem was if you knew it was over cooked why would you bring it out to us? I ordered the shrimp tacos with goat cheese. When he brought out the meal it didnt have the goat cheese, I mentioned it to him and he said "I got you". 15 to 20 min go by and I still havent gotten it, I was irritated cause the whole time he went to other tables and talked to his coworkers and he kept looking at me knowing I havent touched my food and gave me the impression that I was supposed to deal with what I didnt have. He was ready to walk by me again and I told him that my food is getting below warm at this point and I am still waiting..again he said "I got you". He finally brought it out, and said "Is there anything else at all you need?" like asking him to get what I originally ordered was messing with his time. What also got me was the floor managers attitude, I could tell he told his manager the situation cause he pointed at us when he was talking to her so he wasnt trying to hide it, so its not like she wasnt informed, before we left she went to the table behind us and asked "how was everything?" and just walked by our table knowing there was a problem, like we didnt even matter which blew my mind. This server made this experience messed up and the floor manager didnt help, next time we go I intend on avoiding his tables.

PLEASE go to another Bonefish!!! Been here twice nothing Changed. Ive been to the Bonefish in Frederick, MD several times and this location is a disgrace to the Bonefish Grill network. Both times I went with my family to the establishment in Brandywine MD, we had mixed up orders, cold food, or a server who just couldnt get it right. I went with my family this past Sunday and the server Maggie or something was just horrible, she didnt deserve the full 18% at all, and I todl my mom we should refute the check but whatever. I honestly suggest that if you want excellent service that you pay and tip for please go to any other Bonefish but this one. Im calling the manager as soon as I get home today. and by the way they dont have real filet mignon , i promise you that all of the other locations have the real thick cut filet mignon not just some thin piece of steak.

This is a great place to hang out with good conversation, have awesome drinks and great food. I love the atmosphere and ambience. The bartenders make some delicious drinks (try the house Pomegranate Martini…mmmm) and don’t forget the Bang-Bang shrimp! This is only a small selection of what they offer; I can never seem to make up my mind on what I want to order each time I go. Be aware – this place can get packed and if you are not planning on sitting at the bar, I recommend you try and make reservations or come early. I have however, even seen a line waiting to get inside the venue before it opened. The first time I went I was very impressed and it helps that I live fairly close to the establishment. Five stars indeed!

Not such a pleasant experience for myself and family on Friday 10/31/15. WHY..Because our waitress whom I will not name was clearly under the influence of a substance( slurred speech,tipping over our chairs, dropping food ,buckling of legs) and consistently screwed up our orders to the point that we asked the manager and any waitress or waiter that walked by our table to assist our party of 10 and the manager wasnt very supportive of our needs either. Needless to say I hope the young lady seeks help..Calamari was under cooked the world famous fish and chips was weak I was very disappointed and we will not be back to the Brandywine Bonefish grill ...

Came in waited over 10 mins until they even came over to ask if we wanted water or drinks. While there was a group of 5 waiters talking by the hostest stand. The manager came over and offered to buy us appetizers and a drink. I declined only because i wanted to go out with my wife for dinner. The manager said she was going to follow up to make sure it was perfect. She didnt. We were never asked if we wanted refills when we did ask it was about 10 mins for that. This being my first time here it will probably be my last. Resturant looks nice inside i think it would have potential but the poor service over shadows everything else.

The Bonefish in Brandywine is the newer one, luckily Ive visited other locations before. The food is good but theyre never consistent. The staff is too young & spend more time talking than waiting on their tables! Better services should be rendered for the prices youre expected to pay! Theres no perfect time to visit this location-practice patience & grab a menu while you wait. Hopefully you dont expect a quiet setting and its ideal for noisy children!

We went a couple of weeks ago. The prices are high considering the amount of food that they give you. I paid $15.50 for the fish of the day, it was the smallest tilapia filet Ive ever seen in my life! with fries. The kids menu chicken consists of 5 slices of breast chicken with fries. The only thing worth it were the desserts (thats why I gave them 2 stars), that we ordered because we were starving when we finished our entrees.

Our server Amanda was amazing from start to finish. A++ My wife and I got the Rainbow Trout and The Sea Bass. They were cooked well. Some of the sauces seemed like they were poured right out of a bottle (not home-made). The Mango sauce was the best choice in our opinion. The appetizer was the best part though. The dumplings were fantastic. I would certainly call them unique and flavorful in taste.

Service at this location is horrendous. Me and my family went there august 2nd at 8:43. We sit down and wait for 16 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our existence let alone take our order. After getting fed up with the service we go to leave and the host makes a comment under his breath "they will be alright". Which shows how purposeful it was. First and last time I ever go to this place.
