Someone needs to step in and find out what the malfunction of the messed up orders is. Could it possibly be the lost manager that sounds like a 16 year old boy barried in his phone who clearly, after our attempted conversation, has no idea what is going on there? My order is constantly messed up. Im going to have to go a head and boycott taco bell on paige and 121. After going through the drive through 3 times in one night, my family and I are done. I will also tell my friends and post this on facebook.

This was the worst experience asst a fatty food place ever by far! Ordered a double chalupaand it had almost no meat in it. Ordered two other regular chalupa and the tortilla was so hard, I couldnt eat them at all. My daughter got a Frito burrito and it had no Fritos in it at all. On top of that, when we called to speak to a manager the woman on the phone said "So? What you expect, this a Taco Bell?" Then they laughed at my husband. We will never return there. To say the least.

Second time I have ate here in a month. Both times, the guys at the drive through were cool enough. good attitudes. The food quality is poor at best. The food was slapped together and hardly any meat on the tacos. The burritos in the meal were so mushy and filled with at least twice as much sauce as needed that I almost threw up. It seems that Taco Bell as a whole is getting worse andf worse. Do yourself a favor and go to a different taco place like Taco Casa or something.

Terrible. Their daytime crew is efficient, excellent, and courteous. They hired the maid from family guy to run the drivethru in the late hours and they mess every order up. - They have since renovated the location and hired new staff. Sometimes my order is messed up, but that is to be expected with fast food. Always hot and fresh.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE!!! Im a taco bell lover, but this location seems to be run by teenagers that are completely careless, the taco I orders for my son was literally a shell with a quarter ounce of beef and a sprinkle of cheese. I couldnt be more dissatisfied.........this lovation should be wiped out and re-evaluated, seriously...

Im a huge taco Bell fan. But this location send to be going downhill. Theyre not hiring well. They get orders incorrect and very sloppy. When you tell them youre missing something, they challenge you like youre an idiot. Im gonna start driving to the one on Paige Rd instead.

We had the most friendly and honest driver Ge through service ever. We wanted an ice tea and the guy told us the tea expired so he cant sell it to us. Appreciate that they served us 5 min before the closing time with excellent attitude and a big smile.

Got all excited because of the Potato tacos. Well tried them this evening (7pm) and the potatoes are ROCK HARD, I mean, hard, past rubbery and old, Beyond just sitting there too long, left over from lunch maybe. But wow, just wow. So disappointed.

I have ordered from this location 3 times. Each time it took over 20 min to get my food. The last time they did not even give me the correct order. If you are in a rush and/or care what you get, for what you paid for, do not go to this location.
