I always order food from this establishment and for some reason or other they get some part of my order wrong. I have had to wait an additional thirty minutes or more to get what I originally ordered. It always has to do with the pasta. Someone is not writing orders down correctly. I do not think one should have to wait extra time for what they originally ordered. After all, they are getting paid the amount they dictate over the phone. What is the reason for not getting the order right? There is a big difference between penne pasta and spaghetti.This is not the first time this happens; therefore, the Valentine rush is not an excuse. An establishment flourishes based on customer satisfaction and customer recommendations. This establishment needs to give this some thought!

La comida en esta ubicación es muy mala, pedí para llevar un Minestrone el cual parecía la base para preparar las salsas y no una sopa, también pedí un Steak pizzaiola y resultó ser un steak nadando en salsa con vegetales cortados de manera tosca. Las fotos del lugar tampoco son las de ésta ubicación. Muy costoso para la calidad.

This is by far the best pizza in Bronx but....Their take out delivery girls suck. They always seem to be miserable over the phone. I mean I am supporting the business pu work for can I get a little less attitude Missy. Lol. Anyways overall the food is fabulous. I order quite often. The seafood is good and I never order seafood from a pizza spot but its exspectionally tasteful. Lol. So I rated it a three because the gentlemn who handle the pizza could and should change their gloves after exchanging money. I always have them do it for me. I dont play that nasty game. Change your glove before touching any of my food. ThatsAll#. Lol.

The food here is really good, they have a lot of trouble with remembering anything that isnt in a normal order, ie requests, so you have to constantly remind them, but theyre busy all the time, so its ok. They have good food for every taste, they have regular pizza, which is huge and really good, and even if you want high end food, they have lobster, shrimp, and pasta which is really good as well. The space inside is a bit small, but most people go to just pick up pizza anyways, so its fine. Their organization could be better when it comes to helping customers but they really try.

My mom said she whent to eat here and she found a Rat running around the restaurant. she try to speak with one of the employers, about the sittuation and they responded by using perfanatie to her. she said that the genttlemen she spoke with his name is Ruben (the Manager) he concluded by not only using very bad language, but by alsow "picking his noes" WARNING NEVER EAT At THIS PLACE. YOUR BETER OF EATING AT PIZZA HUT UNLESS YOUR A RAT FAN!!!

Horrible service! Never place an order on line! My credit card was charged for an order we placed at 4pm. It is now 7:20pm and our food has not arrived. Adding insult to injury when I call the restaurant there is no answer. Furthermore, the second location on Grand concourse were not of any help. They had the nerve to tell me "keep calling"!!! I will never give this restaurant our business.

A pricing place for an very average Food. Number one pizza spot on the west side of the Bronx only because it was only pizza spot that was worth considering for the last 10 years. Now theres a spot call My pizza, Pizza is just as good for half the price. Govannis need to step up their menu to match the prices. Otherwise youll be spending a buck and a half on food that just okay.

We placed an order online, and after one hour we called back and someone said that the order is on its way to give five more minutes. Half an hour past and my husband has to call to cancel the order. The person who answered the phone did not care at all. Worst service I wonder if the manager or owner is aware of the unprofessional, and poor costumer service this employees have.

I just order Mozzarella Sticks from Giovannis and I am so disappointed. The Mozzarella Sticks were terrible, it was not fresh and the oil were old. I couldnt finish it thats how disgusting it was. I will never order or waste my money on them again. I would have been better off at the chicken spot.

very poor customer service On 6/21/2015 i ordered a $83.00 dollar order and was missing a side salad and garlic knots took an hour and a half to get there and thy couldnt do anything about it because the order had gone out already according to the receptionist very RUDE.

This place is horrible. 1 there food is very expensive for such a little portion. 2 there customer service sucks. 3 i waited for 1hr 1/2 for a plain pie by the time the pizza came it was cold n the cheese was hard. This place should close down.

This place is extremely expensive for the small portion of food they serve. The amount of money I spent on a lasagna, I rather spend it in a real Italian restaurant that I can sit down with my family, not in a Pizzeria shop.
