I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, however several experiences with this location have ruined my dedication to this company! A delivery driver by the name of Vernon has to be one of the worst customer oriented people I have ever met in my life. I have had the dis-pleasure of having this person as a driver 3 times. The last two were the last times I will ever be a patron at Pizza Hut. The first time my pizza arrived almost an hour after the time it was quoted to be delivered. I called the location about 15 minutes after the quoted time and was told he had left a few minutes prior and had one other pizza to deliver beforehand, but was in my same neighborhood. The manager offered me a refund on my meal but I declined at first because I understand there is occasionally an issue that is out of everyone’s control. 45 minutes later, Vernon arrived at my door carrying my Pizza box in his hand (not a bag). I was missing my breadsticks and 2 Liter and he said it was not given to him, that I would have to call the store. No apology, no offer to help the situation, just said I needed to take that up with the store. After he left I opened the pizza, and 95% of it was stuck to the lid of the box, and was actually so cold, the area of the box, where my hands were located was much warmer than the pizza itself. Due to the pizzas condition and missing items I decided I would take the manager up on his offer of a refund. I drove up to Pizza Hut and the manager admitted Vernon had several complaints and they were taking "Corrective Measures" to remedy the situation. About 2 months later I had the pleasure of dealing with Vernon a second time. I had ordered food online and there was a problem with my payment, however the online system and e-mail receipt said nothing about any issue, and listed my card number and total as an official receipt of the funds and again I had Vernon as a driver. Now going on the assumption I understand accident happen, I dialed the Locations number, and was placed on a brief hold (On Speakerphone so Vernon could hear) I was not angry at the situation until Vernon proved he had no level of customer service. He demanded I pay him cash at the door, and when I told him I had already paid over the website he accused me of stealing, and threatened to call the cops on me. Keep in mind when I first discovered the situation I had called the location, and was still on hold over speakerphone while he was making all these accusations. After a minute or two of his demands, I gave him the food back (placed it on the table 2 ft. inside my door with the door open the entire time) and got in my vehicle to drive to the store personally. Upon arriving I asked for the manager, who I was told was on the phone, would be available shortly. The manager came out and apologized for the delay and asked how I could help. I explained him the entire scenario, and he ironically just got off the phone with another customer that had a similar experience with Vernon right after my delivery on his way back. I told the manager this was not my first time with a bad experience with Vernon, and he apologized and said he was on administrative measures and was “On his way out” because of the issues with so many customers. Well I guess they opened the door right back up and let him in. I called about 6 weeks later to order a pizza, and the first question I asked the manager was Is Vernon still employed with the company. I believe he immediately knew I must have been someone that had an issue with him because he said they had taken measures to correct his attitude and he was working that night, but would “assure me” he would send another driver instead. I told the manager I would not patronize a business that continued to employ someone like Vernon. 3 Months later and I still have not patronized this store, and have chose other pizza restaurants in the area due to my experience with Vernon, and the lack of managements actions with the issues other customers and myself had with him.

This location doesnt care at all about what theyre giving out. Ordered two medium pizzas, came 45 min later, even though online it said 25-30 minutes. Then one pizza was burnt and sauce all over one side of the crust. Toppings were horrible, there was a slice without any cheese or toppings, and it didnt even look like it moved in the car, just carelessly made. The second pizza had like literally a 4" crust. The cheese, toppings, and sauce was only 5" in diameter. Ridiculous. Then I go to store to get full refund including tip cause I paid in cash and the manager is incompetent in giving me the full refund. She first says I have to wait and I explain how it works is you give me said amount of money and shell come back and give you the same amount back, I shouldnt have to wait. Then when she gives me a refund she only gives me $18 and change... It was so annoying I just took the receipt and left.

Ordered this evening off the website. My husband and I always get half a pizza with no cheese. Out order arrived and the entire pizza had no cheese and was cold. I called the location and the young man I spoke with was nice, but when he conferred with his manager she was insistent that they do not make pizzas half with cheese half without. ITS AN OPTION ON THE APP SO OBVIOUSLY YOU DO, plus I have ordered it like that before. The manager told her employee to tell me that she was on the phone! I could clearly hear that she wasnt! Do your effing job! I am now boycotting ALL Pizza Hut locations. Do everyone a favor and shut this location down or clean house!

Absolutely horrible. After waiting 120 minutes longer than the quoted time, we called the branch to find out where our food was. On the first call, the employee just hung up. On the second call, we were told that the order was out for delivery. A few minutes later, the delivery driver called us to tell us that he had been to our apartment TWICE to deliver, but no one answered the door, and if we really wanted our pizza we would have been there. I was so outraged that I told him to take the pizza back to the store. When we called the branch, we got the run around about canceling the order. Do not order from this location.

This location is super slow. Every time I order it takes at least 1 1/2 hours. (Im about 1 1/2 mi away). When you call to complain they basically rush u off the phone and might give you a credit if they just want you to shut up. And to top it off they have not once made my entire order right. Ridiculous! I know, your asking why would I order a second or third time...Im a Pizza Hut kinda gal. But unless Im going to pick it up myself from a different location, Dominos it is!

Horrible service from this location. I ordered a pizza with two toppings and an estimated delivery of 1:20 minutes to 1:45 minutes. Pizza finally arrived after almost three hours with only one topping and just warm. When I contacted the store they offered no apology or discount but just states they were short staffed and swamped. I didnt even get what I paid for much less and apology or discount for the horrible service. Order from another location for delivery!
