Thats it. Im not going back to this place again. JOSE (the unapologetic little asst. mgr) told me they wont take my order because they are too busy. Ive never heard of this before. Every time we eat there, the service is slow and inefficient. The food isnt bad and its a neighborhood place so we try to put up with the crappy service. Nearly every time the service is sub par. JOSE the asst mgr. basically told me he didnt care if we ever came in again or not. I asked to speak with his manager and he gave me some name and said they dont live in the state. I suggest you find somewhere else if you dont want JOSE the asst. mgr. insulting you.....Pathetic.

Went in tonight and was not greeted right away. A guy came and sat us at a booth. Ask us want we wanted to drink, we ask for a coke and tea. He later came back with a drink and ask if Pepsi was ok (This was not his first day) and said they are making more tea. 15 minutes later still no tea and had not taken our order yet. There were only about 6 or 8 tables and only 2 of them had food. We got up and left after 20 minutes. I will say that the food is great. Need better management and education on service.

To the people who complain about this restaurant and say go to a corporate chain for italian...you are crazy! This is by far the best italian restaurant Ive visited. Every dish is made with fresh ingredients and if you know anything about good food or cooking your palette can definitely tell! Besides the delicious food, the service was wonderful. The servers were friendly and attentive. We even told the cooks how wonderful it was before leaving. I will definitely be returning. Keep up the excellent work!

I used to come here about 7 years ago. Food is okay nothing special. You have to watch out because anything extra you want like a piece of bread or mushrooms. They will definitely charge you an extra $0.75. Im giving this restaurant four stars only because I know the waiter tried. It seems like the pizza is okay and they do have a good red sauce. If you want real Italian food hard to find in Texas....( If you want the best pizza in town try i ifratellis.)

Its very good American-Italian and you get your moneys worth for sure. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is not your usual kitchy fake Italian, but hand-painted "windows" with rustic Italian scenes. Sure - go to Maggianos or Carrabbas for more authentic Italian - and pay twice the price. Here you can BYOB and have two full meals for what one of theirs cost.

In one word. ...terrible! Ordered delivery to a hotel. I informed them this was a hotel before ordering. Once the food was delivered there was no silverware no napkins. I called about this and was told they would not deliver silverware. They actually told me to go to 7 eleven and buy some. Very very rude and condescending! For a $40 mask with a $5 tip I expect good service.

This may be our favorite new place to eat regularly!! First visit was a great experience. My husband and I both ordered different signature pasta dishes and our kid had cheese pizza. Everything was delicious! The portions were generous. Good service and all good was hot. I wish Id known the place is BYOB, but I know now. We are looking forward to our second visit.

Friendly man at the register, assuming an owner. Service rather prompt, though weird to have a 20-something waitress call everyone hon like she watched reruns of Alice on how to work in a diner. Italian Villa is a gem of a private restaurant in Carrollton! The Chicken di Napoli is amazing. Allie is THE BEST server youll ever have and makes the dining experience fabulous. This is a must visit in Carrollton. They have a Monday pizza special, unlimited toppings, that you need to check out.

Not horrible but not great. $40 for dinner for two with dessert (no drinks or appetizer). Delivery was on time though an extra add on wasnt included (not going to argue over a $.50 charge). Definitely not ordering from here again, the food just doesnt come off as anything but bland and just OK.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing, it has a wonderful ambiance and the servers are very patient and make sure they are taking care of you. Besides that, the food is AMAAaaazing, its definitely one of my favorite Italian restaurant and I cant wait to go back in town and eat there again.

The food was ok. But i was a little irritated with the delivery girl, my order was $13 i gave her a $20 she 1st said she had to go to her car for change then came back saying she didnt have change!! WTF..I was going to tip her anyway but not $7!! I felt ripped off..Ill never order again

I will give this place zero star if I could! Ordered for delivery and the food was disgusting no taste and I swear shrimp scampi had 3 shrimps in it! The pasta was so little. I should have listened to my husband and ordered olive garden. Needless to say great disappointment!!!

This was my first time to eat there. The house salad dressing was wonderful. It is a red tomato type dressing. I didnt know what to order for my main course so after asking the waitress I ordered the linguini modomio. Yum!! Great choice! I will definitely be going back.

This is my favorite local Italian restaurant! Weve had various pastas which are all delicious, and their pizza is yummy too. The pink sauce is the best! Its BYOB, which is nice, and the homemade rolls they serve before the meal are great as well.

I went to Italy and I lived in Milan for a year. I know Italian pizza. This place is the real deal holy field. Whenever I feel home sick I come here. The atmosphere, the wait staff and the food is beyond comforting.
