I wish there was a way to make a review without giving a star because this was the most repulsive experience Ive ever had with any fast food chain. Not only did my husband and I wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes for our order but when we got our bag of food it wasnt even our order! So we parked and went inside to fix our order. I immediately knew why there was such a low quality of service when I saw the employees. They were all high school students just goofing around despite the long line of cars in the drive thru. When we told them that our bag didnt have our order they didnt even apologize except for one kid who wasnt even at the counter helping us. The girl that was helping us took the bag and put aside as if they were going to give it to the car at the drive thru window. I really hope they didnt because we had our hands all up in that food! Once they corrected our order, they didnt even say goodbye or have a nice day after we thanked them for correcting our order. Unfortunately, Taco Bell has lost another faithful customer :(

I pulled in line. I ordered 2 soft taco supremes. I was behind a car for seemes like 10 minutes. Then I figured it out. They screwef up his order. It should have been a clue. I finally got to the window. The girl was nice and asked me if I wanted hot sauce. I said mild and I asked for packages of sour cream. I was so tired I just took the bag and drove home. When I opened the bag there were 2 crunchy taco supremes. They are not nearly as good as the soft taco supremes, and there was no sour cream. Either idiots or cheap bastards. Crunchy shells hurt my teeth. I tried to call the msnager and complain but they had taken the phone off the hook Ill call tomorrow. I HATE when they are soooo damn rude to tske the phone off the hook. RUDE RUDE RUDE. AND SO DAMN UNPROFESSIONAL.

If I could give 0 stars...I would. First whoever took my order was rude on the speaker. Second I get my Mexican pizza it has shredded cheese on the side. Youre thinking thats how supposed to be right... well its supposed to be melted. I had piles of COLD shredded cheese on top of my Mexican pizza with a dollop of sour cream on top. 3rd.. I had to get out of my cozy, warm vehicle in this 18° weather to go inside, having to get my 6 yr old out of the car, & correct my order. Lastly when I talked the "team leader "/manager... hes wearing a Confederate Flag Hat...NOT Taco Bell attire. Yeah that didnt make me feel any better. At that point I was scared for my son & I to eat. So we ended up throwing our food away & going to another place. Smh

First, we waited for about 30 minutes in the drive through. Then when we got our food it was the wrong order, so we went inside to get our order straightened and there are several high schoolers goofing around in the back. So after getting our order and going back out to the car, we pull out everything to eat and everything was very carelessly put together. The burritos were falling apart, and the quesadilla was burnt. Not a great experience :P it may be worth your while to just drive to a different taco bell.

Im not sure what was going on but it took 15 minutes to get my order and others who came in after me got theirs first. Not to mention, they kept catering to an already seated customer who continued to come back up asking to have his food remade. How this continues to happen and not even acknowledge the waiting customer is beyond me. The young lady, Dawn, was very apologetic but it was not her place to do that. The manager should hsve made his presence known and made things correct. Unacceptable.

Just ordered at drive thru 20 min ago. April 28th at 11:28pm. The female at the drive thru not only rushed us taking our order she repeated the order back and had us check the screen with attitude. At the window she open the glass to our money without saying a word to us and gave us a bag of all the wrong food. Fast food has a simple system to follow. She obviously dont need to work here. Unprofessional

Very slow drive through.....like epically slow. This is based on 4x going so its a regularly slow location!!! Not to mention all the traffic with the construction makes it hard to get to. They are polite though and say sorry for the wait if thats worth anything

Taco Bell sucks and they are phonies..if i could give zero stars i would. Also the triple double crunch wrap is suppose to have 6 layers and I dont see that. wtf taco bell this is ridiculous. I knew I shouldve gone to Taco Delite. At least they have real meat.

Literally the best drive-thru intercom system I have ever heard. Quick service and correct order as well. But thats just the cherry on top of the ice cream sundae that is the intercom system. 10/10 would order again just to hear the intercom.

Great Taco Bell. They cook their food properly (most of the time). Every once in a while I get an incorrect order, but it is few and far between; far less often than most all other fast food restaurants in the area.

This is the new Double Chalupa, barely any meat and half way filled with lettuce and tomatoes. WAIT!!!! its just a regular chalupa with a huge tortilla!!!!!...... this is disappointing.
