The food is pretty good , there is a bit of a wait especially during lunch hour but not too bad. My only complaint about this location is that the women at the drive through are always sassy. They never smile and today when I got the wrong order I tried to politely tell the manager and she rudely said "give it to me" and then she said she had repeated the order back to me but honestly it was difficult to understand her through the speaker. She shut the window and I kind of felt bad because I know theyre busy so when she opened the window I said "sorry about that" she basically tossed the food in my car and shut the window. The customer service is definitely lacking.

Normally 4 star to-go service but not today. No guacamole or tomatoes served with the taco salad and they added chili to it and some wilted lettuce too. :-( No chips served with the Wholatta Platter, which included queso. Beans were way too salty. Asked for extra jalapeños and only received 2 small containers, no salsa, no forks or spoons & no napkins. But we did get ranch dressing and a very small queso that we did not request. Wouldve rather had the guacamole & salsa. Not sure if guacamole usually comes with the Wholatta Platter since it was our 1st time to order it, but it wouldve been nice.

KATHY SILVA AND ERICA IS A B*TCH!!!! The managers are rude to the customers especially the black girl that cant speak to no one with the blue and purple dreads. And its the nastiest place to eat at bugs everywhere. And on the windows. This place need to shut down health inspector needs to come asap. Dead roaches people dont eat here the food is nasty and not fresh at all.

My husband and I eat here at least 3 to 4 times a week. Tuesdays (2.99 taco platter deal) and Thursdays (.59 party tacos) for sure. The side of Mexican rice are amazing, especially the price ($1). Actually ate there yest and going to again today. Never really get tired of eating tacos.

We went to this taco bueno and found a hair on the nachos, a hair on the beans, and a hair and guacamole. We took the food back and got our money back but had to argue before they gave it back. People there do not wear hair nets or gloves. Never going to taco bueno again.

Took an extremely long time to take my money at the window because of talking to coworkers loudly about unrelated and explicit things. Took even longer to get my change I eventually drove off and left the 6$ and change. 20 dollars for a taco salad and a kids meal.

Went here a while back and accidentally bumped the baseboard in front of the register. Hundreds of giant roaches came pouring out of the counter. I told the guy taking the order and he just shrugged it off like it happens all the time. I canceled my order and left.

Always good, fast and friendly. Im a Buenohead admittedly, but this is one of my favorite locations. Cut them some slack on parking, this is one of Dallas oldest original locations. Try to go for lunch after 1pm and youll have no problems! :)

I was going through town for business and stopped here around 4:30p, this location has friendly staff and had the FRESHEST food Ive ever eaten from a taco bueno! If I lived closer I would definitey eat TBueno more often!

Typical Taco Bueno. If you like the food at one, youll like it at most. It was clean and organized. Theres only one person at a time in the bathroom which was slightly inconvenient to wash up before eating.
