We took our dad here as a birthday gift. First, a review of the food/service: The food our group ordered was great, however, it took for-ev-er to get it. My brother had gone a couple times before and said they are always slow and the food comes out cold. Unfortunately, they sure lived up to that. The waitress was great about checking in regularly, but that hardly mattered if she wasnt showing up with the food. Now for the golf: We went after 6pm and its $40/hr instead of the usual $20/hr before 6pm. A bit pricey for what you get. I loved the idea of the balls being tracked, but the system constantly failed and we had to manually adjust the scores since they didnt register hitting the targets. Also, it would be nice to know how far the ball traveled even if it didnt land in the targets. Overall, it was generally a fun time, but for the price and frustrations, I dont think we would go too often.

I dont usually leave reviews (cause Im yoo lazy to lol) but I had to tell about my great service here. We rented 2 bays to celebrate my husband and there were about 25 of us loud, crazy people. Our server (I want to say her name was Renee) was absolutely AMAZING. She was so quick at getting our food to us and super sweet. She even remembered all of our names! I was impressed. Lol but also, on this day it was incredibly hot and humid outside and it was a pretty slow day,so we spoke with one of the managers and she allowed us to bring our whole party inside in the a/c to do cake. Normally the sections in side are supposed to be rented so I was so appreciative that she allowed us to use tables that werent being used. We will def. Be back! Thanks for the awesome service :)

One of the worst place you can spend money ... too much hype with all the Giltz and marketing ... Worst service from the moment you enter Rude front desk person, if you going have food at restaurant while waiting for ur Bay to open up Good Luck , you will find waiters slacking around but they wont show up for taking orders ( we waited 30+ min ). At the bay rudest waiter on planet earth , as if she was making favor taking our orders. Drinks are watered down ... worst you get in the town .. better walk down to Specs and get miniature and drink it .... Just horrible !!!!!

I went with friend to celebrate my birthday, and we had the worst service i have ever received. Our server messed up our dink order of just two waters, a sweet tea, and an unsweet tea. We also put in an order for chips, salsa, guac, and queso. Our food did not come for over an hour, and at which time i had to speak to a manager. Our ball machine stopped dispensing balls for about 15 minutes. Overall i am extremely disappointed in Topgolf, especially since everyone i know says it is amazing. My very first time ever going, and i do not plan to go again.

Wow! We usually have an awesome experience here, including fast service. But today was very different, my friends had been here to about 45 minutes and hadnt seen a server yet. Finally I tracked on down for us and than it took more than to much time tog et our food and drinks. I ordered food along with a side salad and they didnt get that right. Than after the server would fix it, 15 minutes later I tacked him down hanging out with other staff and finally got what I requested. Dont come on a Saturday morning the service is not good!

Pretty standard experience as far as food and drink values go, better than average food though. The golfing experience is top notch: good equipment or you can bring your own clubs. Serving staff are friendly and helpful. You can end up waiting a while for a golf booth to open but if theres room you can sit and order food and drinks while you wait. Lots of space. Havent been to the club part. Prices may seem on the highish side but if split among your group its perfectly fine and its a good value for the price anyways.

Horrible, ridiculous experience. We show up, get to our bay, begin to play and order a few drinks. 20 minutes into being there our drinks arrive and just shortly after that a manger comes to tell us that we can only drink, or play golf, not both. Mind you, we had only been there for 20 minutes so there was no way any of us were drunk what so ever. Isnt the point of top golf being able to golf, while enjoying a few drinks and relaxing with friends? If your looking for that experience, do not go here

Terrible, waited for 2 hours, after being told it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait, before asking how far back we were in the wait, we were told 7 people were ahead of us. After another 45 minutes, we asked the same question and were told we were now 8th in line... I never received a text with an updated wait time or received any apologies from the staff. I will never be returning to this location, and if youre able to go to another instead, Id recommend doing so

It is a nice place to spend some nice time with family and friends or even alone! Apart from playing Golf and practicing your swings, you can play pool Only two pool tables) or simple eat out at this place. When you treat gold as entertainment, you can play one of many games available where each player scores points and compete against each other. While playing, you can order food and drinks and have it delivered to the bay you are playing at.

Also dont walk into the building complaining to the staff about parking. They dont have any control over that either! They dont have control over how many people come to the facility! WTF do you want them to do, move peoples cars so you can put your car there? Dont complain about stupid things like youre a child. Theyre just employees there. If you cant find parking for whatever reason, then obviously the place is just packed, so deal with it.

My server Jeff was on point tonight. Very prompt, attentive, and courteous. Went above and beyond, buying me things from the store or pro hop and bringing photos of the merchandise he personally took from his phone so I could shop from the comfort of my table without distraction. You wont find better customer service and he deserves a great review. Topgolf continues to impress with great golf, great food, and great service. Come on out.

A lot of fun regardless of golf skill level. Bring your own clubs or use the ones available at each bay. The food is VERY good. Weve been several times and the wait staff service can be unpredictable (sometimes they are just too busy). Great place to catch up with old friends or hang out with family. The first floor has games for entertainment while waiting for a bay. Bays come with either comfy couches or hi-top tables.

I took my dad here for Fathers Day around 9pm, and the place was packed. It only took us 5 minutes to be placed at a golfing section, and several more minutes for the server to come and help us get set up. The staff was really helpful and were constantly moving. The food was really good, but it was just a little expensive (3/5 on being expensive, 1/5 being fast food and 5/5 being a reservations only restaurant)
