My first experience was about a month ago. On a Thursday around 5pm, I ordered by phone and was told it would be ready for pickup in 30 minutes. When I arrived, MANY APOLOGIES were given that it would be longer until my order of two entries would be ready. Twenty minutes later, MORE APOLOGIES. I was told they were very busy. At the moment, there were two tables with guests and one other person waiting on to-go. At that point, I cancelled the order. MANY APOLOGIES given as well as a coupon. My second experience was today, 7/27/15. Around 1pm, I placed a telephone order of two entries and was told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. To be safe, I arrived in 35 minutes. There were two tables with guests. One table was obviously finished and getting ready to leave. The other was still eating. The lady greeted me with MANY APOLOGIES. She said my order was not ready. I told her that it was my second time to hear this. She said "we are so busy--I am so sorry." I asked her how much longer it would be. She reluctantly went back to the cook and returned saying "ten minutes more." Fifteen minutes later, the order was ready. Each entree cost about $13 and the shrimp was overcooked and both dishes were very greasy overall. Certainly not worth the price or the wait! This place seems better at serving up APOLOGIES rather than food!

Not impressive at all. Im here in Texas for a business trip and after a long ten hour meeting, I went back to my hotel tired and hungry. I ordered online and given that the hotel was only seven minutes from the restaurant, it still took them an hour and a half to deliver. When I got my food, it was nothong but disappointment after disappointment. First off, the chicken satay. It was lathered in the marinade, IT WAS FLAVORLESS, and oh, the best part, IT LOOKED AS IF THEY HAVED BOILED OR MICORWAVED THE CHCIKEN! We all know chicken satay was supposed to be GRILLED! Ohh my entree, the spicy basil chicken, ANOTHER FLAVORLESS DISH! Did I mention the COLD, not room temperature, not luke warm, but COLD, HARD COLD, steamed rice that came with my entree? Yes, COLD RICE! Why the heck are you serving cold rice to your customer? That is a BIG HEALTH DEPARTMENT VIOLATION! Last but not least, I was not provided any utensils or napkins, geesh, thanks for nothing. What did management said? "Sorry we cant do anything." Go grab yourself some burgers or IHop, dont waste your hard earned money on this place!!

Ive tried Pad Thai at many restaurants but this is by far the best Ive ever had! They have their own house sauce that they make it with, and if you like a little spice their house hot chili sauce adds a finishing touch that is exquisite. I cannot speak for many other items on the menu because the Pad is prepared so well that I order it almost every time. Its a mom and pop type of place thats more laid back, so when they get busy the service may take longer. However its well worth the wait if you can afford to relax and enjoy the company of your friends. Highly recommend.

Three thumbs up! Got three dishes & the family shared them. One curry, one noodle, & one soup (with noodles), plus two appitizers. All 4-5 star. Needed some extra pepper, but that was not a problem as they had just the right kind handy. Its BYOB, but the have bottle service, ice bucket & appropriate wine glasses. Waitress was friendly, relaxed, efficient, and charming. Offer free delivery, but we enjoyed the service & company enough to fight the current construction challenges. All-in-all a great experience for an opening weekend. Lets keep this one open!

Went for the first time today and it was amazing! Best Thai food Ive ever had. I got the pad woon sen and it had tons of flavor. The tofu was incredible too! Id never had soft tofu until now and it beat crispy tofu any day. The customer service was great as well. The people were so polite. Im vegan and didnt realize my dish came with eggs. While ordering the employee asked if I wanted eggs without even knowing I was vegan. Smart guy, very happy with the food and service.

Anytime i order i get the shrimp yellow curry with egg fried rice.....very delicious! I eat here about twice per month. Only thing that sucked was the delivery driver customer service, he demanded i raise the tip because he didnt have enough gas! I already given him a $5 tip for a $25 order. He strongly requested that i change the amount or hes not delivering to my address again! he ran off when i asked for his name..O well Ill take business elsewhere.

Horrible service. Spend almost 100 bucks for take out but when u open the dishes u get only vege with curry instead of chicken curry or any other meat dishes. 3/4 piece meat they provided inside. When I asked them to give noddles instead of rice they gave us some boil noddles not even stir fry or bother to ask if we want boil or not. We ordered panang duck and the duck meat was smelling so bad. Meat was very very less compared to other restaurants

Horrible customer service. Placed order online at 6:00 p.m. It is 7:59 and no food has been delivered. Paid using my credit card and I included a tip for this poor service. At 8:03 the food was delivered. I called them 3 times, At NO POINT WAS I. OFFERED A REMEDY FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE. COZY THAI HERE I COME!!!!!

Willing to lose a long term customer over NO willingness to make the customer happy due to a mistake they made on an order. Very sad, but I wont be back. The food taste/quite has been going down hill, and final straw when they dont value their long term customer base enough to make something right.

1st time trying this Thai restaurant and it took 10 minutes just to get drinks. 20 more minutes for the appetizers and another 20 for the entrées. The food was very bland. I have never tasted a bad Pad Thai before until today. Oh and there was something floating around in my drink.

This place is good, order from them at least once a week. I usually have the Papaya Salad, Pad Woon Sen and the curries. Only thing ive had that was not the best was the Spicy Tilapia the fish was way overcooked, but it could have been due to the late hour I ordered.

My order was messed up one time by a new employee but the owner/manager is very nice and understanding. This place will soon be a 5 star. Good food overall!! Google maps needs to update the exact location of this place.

I ordered online and it took my food 90 minutes to arrive. My curry was cold and had spilt every where. The food was boring and the chicken satay had hard spots. I will not be ordering here again.

I ordered the "crispy" duck" when it arrived not only was it soggy, tough, and flavorless, it had BONES in half the slices!!!!! Im normally fairly flexible with food, but this was horrible.
