They are usually ridiculously slow to take your order, and then talk so fast that you cant understand them. Ive been here a total of 4 times. The only person I was impressed with was an african american carhop. He was very friendly and prompt with my drink. Hes the only reason Im even giving one star. This star is just for him. But this morning was the last time Ill EVER go to this Sonic. I pressed the button as soon as I pulled in at 6:22am, because I knew exactly what I wanted. I waited for 3 minutes, and no one answered. There was someone in the kitchen, and girl outside cleaning the pavement (huge waste of water, by the way). So I left. If the girl was supposed to take my order, she should have gone inside when she saw me pull into the stall. If youre in the area, I highly suggest going to either Crossroads for faster service, or Aubrey on 377 for faster and much friendlier service.

Is just me or does this Sonic completely suck at getting the customer orders correct. The past 10 + times I have went to this Sonic they have given me the incorrect order in some capacity. They dont even attach the correct receipt to bag for me to reference my order when i call in. That being said I dont even bother to call in anymore because of the hassale AND i have to drive back over to have the order fixed. And what did i get for my troubles? A free drink token! Woohoo SMH... the Regional Manager did contact me with an apology and is doing everything he can to make things right. Very nice guy and seemed very concerned at doing right by his customers. Hopefully this Sonic will be better in the future.

This was the absolute worst experience ever. First I was waiting 15 min just for someone to answer and then I pull up to the window to find out that the machine doesnt work. I mean put a sign on the machine and say it doesnt work . So I get up there and I ask for a milkshake and she says ok. I then wait again for about 10 min and see her through the window talking to her employees. This is terrible service dont ever go here. I dont expect for them to roll out the red carpet for me but I do expect them to treat me like a customer instead of a piece of moldy cheese.

Most of the employees are rude, every time Ive been here the staff take for ever to answer at the drive-thru, service is painfully slow and the food is sub-par...granted youre not going for gourmet when eating at sonic but how hard is it to screw up fast food-this place screws it up royally! if youre in Providence and want Sonic, go west on 380 to the Sonic close to Prairie House. it has been there longer and is worlds better.

The carhop was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. She took my order in an unacceptably fast manor, to where I could hardly understand what she was saying, and I was the only car in the parking lot. She did not suggestive sell and instead of repeating my order she said very rudely and nonchalant like "kay?" My food was ice cold and hard as a rock. I will never ever return to this or any other sonic.

This has to be the worst sonic in the area. They can never get the order correct , even after them repeating it back to you . And this has happened on multiple occasions . Ive seen the workers go out back and smoke weed and then go in to work . Whatever you do , if you can help it , go to a different sonic . This one here is the worst !

Best sonic experience Ive had in a good long while! Quick service, good ol fashioned grilled cheese, tater tots and mozzarella sticks cooked so perfectly no sauce was needed, and they brought our dog a bone!! The staff went above and beyond for the simple things. Shout out for all your hard work!

Rude, rude, RUDE! ! I cant remember the last time I was spoken to with such disregard. Brunette car hop forgot ketchup, and she snapped at me and said, "I just asked if you wanted ketchup and you said no." I said YES PLEASE when she asked me. If she took off her ear buds maybe she would hear me.

Food and drinks are good, service is spotty depending on who is working. Sometimes its really good, sometimes not so much. However we go here for drinks around 5 times a week, so it can be that bad. ;)
