We got take out tonight because my sweetheart went last week and could not stop talking about it...we got the fried chicken breast..leg and chop.. breading is delicious and was cooked fresh. Mac for me who normally only loves my owe mac... loved it. And the greens seasoned perfectly. We will definitely be back with friends and will dine there.... also all the people working where super inviting... felt like we were with family.

stopped in here at about 8:30 pm and dined in till 9:15 without ever getting the sense they were closing at 9 or being rushed like most places for one. most importantly, the place is very clean and the food is made with love which is very obvious from first bite to last. had the chops, one grilled and one smothered, and they were uniquely different in taste and so GOOD. the bread pudding is worth a trip alone. great place

I saw the 4.8 average review and was honestly looking forward to a great meal. First off my mother, niece, and I were the only people in the restaurant till we ordered. Yet took 25 mins to get our food. All the sides you can tell are made at the beginning of the day and reheated. The entrees were honestly pretty good but that didnt make up for the wait times of food, inattentive waiter, and mediocre sides.

Exceptional! My family had the Catfish Basket & Baked Chicken with Green Beans, Baked Mac & Cheese, Yams & Collard Greens that were seasoned to perfection. The service was awesome, the restaurant was clean from the table to the floor & it just reminded me of visiting my mom during the holidays. Truly welcoming. We are so happy to have found Marys & will be returning at least 3 times a month. Thank you!!

Wanted to try everthing on the menu! Had amazing fried and smothered pork chops with greens and black eyed peas. Came back next day for chicken with cabbage and pinto beans. Trying to make it back tomorrow for catfish before heading home to Seattle! The ambiance and customer service make the food taste extra good. The best part is having Ms. Mary in the restaurant sharing her warm smile.

Ms. Karen is by far one of the best people Ive ever dealt with when eating out. She took care of us. The food is phenomenal!!!! Ms. Marys is definitely a place for Sunday dinner when your away from family. The atmosphere is exciting and I will be back. Thank you all for making us feel at home.

I ordered Pork Chops ( 1 fried and 1 grilled) pinto beans, collard greens and peach cobbler. Everything was amazing! When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the guy at the counter was more than helpful! I live faaaaar from here but I will definitely visit once or twice a month!

Ordered the fried chicken and it was phenomenal. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and the fragrance of fresh and delicious cooked food makes you eager with anticipation. The waitress was also incredible. HIGHLY recommended.

Love this place! The service was friendly and very efficient. The food was wonderful, especially the baked macaroni. Husband had the peach cobbler, ok, so we had the peach cobbler. It was fantastic! We found a new place to eat!

I was looking forward to true Soil delicious baked Mac and cheese but was sorely disappointed by the just OK Mac offered here. The staff and Ms. Mary are all a delight but the food is nothing to write home about.

Food was OK. Service was so-so. Out of several different items. Had corn on the menu picture but corn wasnt a vegetable they offered on the menu. Nothing stood out to us. Probably wont return.
