Let me first start by saying that I NEVER post reviews, but there service (particularly this location) was outstanding! From start to finish, they had impeccable service. I had to make a last minute pizza order for my company in which I ordered several pizzas. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me, but they were very friendly and helpful considering I had never ordered from there before. My order was delivered in a timely manner, and the delivery guy was a hoot! Such a character, he was an older gentleman but he helped bring all the pizzas inside and offered to help me set everything up. I was shocked, I had never experienced that before. Later on that afternoon, I get a call from the delivery guy and Im thinking I did something wrong. No, he was just checking to make sure my company and I enjoyed the pizza. Seriously, how great are they?! I assured him the pizza was delicious and thanked him for all his help earlier. You probably thought that was the end right? Nope! Today I get mail delivered to me, and it was a handwritten note from i Fratelli thanking me for ordering with them. I cant speak for any other location, but this one off Glade rd has found a loyal customer! Thank you so much for taking the extra step to make great pizza and deliver EXCELLENT service! We will be ordering from you again.

Just updating my review from 5 years ago (below). We dont live nearby anymore, but always try to fit some i Fratelli Pizza into our plans when were near or passing by this part of DFW. It is still the best pizza weve had in DFW. Of course, if you dont like quality, thin crust pizza, this might not be for you, but if you do, this cant be beat. Our favs: 1.) Pepperoni and Italian Sausage. 2.) The Vegetarian with Pepperoni and Italian Sausage added (a traditional combo). Original review: Born & raised in St. Louis, MO, i Fratellis is what I would categorize as St. Louis style pizza: rectangular overall pizza and slices, thin and crispy crust. It is tough to find a quality, thin crust pizza and i Fratellis is excellent. It is so refreshing to have a pizza that doesnt primarily fill you up with dough. The toppings are flavorful and seem to be of high quality. It is very hard to beat their sausage and pepperoni pizza, but weve also tried artichoke, mushroom and olive and thats wonderful as well. An i Fratellis pizza during halftime of Dallas Cowboys football has become a tradition. We love and look forward to this pizza.

Soooo: If you want 3 pounds of grease-soaked dough covered with a half inch of CHEESE and you consider that a good value, go somewhere else (Chicago?). BUT if you want great tasting pizza with high quality ingredients this is the place! Id heard about this place for years and we finally got around to trying it tonight and have to say its some of the best pizza Ive had in the DFW area! We had the Del Bianco with artichokes added and extra spinach - deelish!! The only other Id consider in the same league in this area is Cane Rosso in Deep Ellum (the owner is from Milan) - but too far from Mid-Cities for a quick pizza fix. Sorry for mentioning another place here. Anyway, i Fratellis is awesome and well definitely be returning!

I just recently moved to Grapevine. I wanted to find a great pizza palace that delivers so I check on the internet and choice the place with the highest rating. Unfortunately I pick Fratelli pizza. It was by far the worse pizza I ever had. It was cold tasted like cardboard it was just down right bad. I have never written a review before but in this case I had too. I will never buy a pizza from them again. Dan

Will never order pizza here again. First pizza order was wrong. Call to let them know. Was told be corrected and another pizza would be on the way. After hour of waiting call ask where my pizza was. Then i was told it was delivered . Come to find out was delivered another address. Two hours later still no pizza

Pizza is great! Always fresh and tastes wonderful! Last time, they forgot to put our brownies in the bag when we called in an order. We got all the way home before we realized it, but 5 mins later, there was a knock on our door. They brought them to us without us even calling. Wonderful customer service!

The price was reasonable. I love pizza but this one was a miss for me. I wanted to like it but I wasnt a fan of the crust or cheese. Crust was like a cracker and cheese was not pulling like its supposed to. The ingredients were good tho.

Real good people making pizza so good you have to give it a new name better than pizza. Toppings so plentiful you wonder how they turn a profit. Crust is well... Crusty good. I drive 30 minutes one way to pick up pizza here.

Im not usually a fan of thin crust pizza, but I Fratellis is my exception. The ingredients are very good, and this is the only pizza place that I can get artichokes (premium topping price).

Pizza in DFW is hard - this pizza is oh so MEH. Few flavors and the crust was flat (no . pun intended) and tastless. Really wish DFW had a real wood fire pizza place, this aint it!

I would not call this pizza. Skimpy ingredients on what seemed to me a dishonest sizing of the pizza, with almost no crust, and prices as if it were real pizza.
