Let me tell you a magnificent tale of melted cheese, perfect toppings-to-cheese ratios and slain dragons. Ok. Forget the slain dragons but the rest of this story is 100 percent true. Steven, the manager, is a pizza GOD who uses his powers only for good. Today he raised his mighty bowstaff and bestowed upon myself and my co_workers 3 of the most delicious creations ever known to man. Im literally not going to do any more work today at the office and no one will dare say anything, because it was I that called iFratelli therefore it is I that shall, for today, be untouchable. Thank you Steve, I shall spread your legacy for ages to come. TLDR; Also yall, the pizza is like crazy good.

Great food and great personable service! We order from the Southlake Ifratelli location frequently for office training/lunches. Our staff have tried every pizza on the menu and they are all delicious. In addition to great food, the service is very personable. In fact, John, the manager, has a great smile. You can hear it in his voice when he takes your order.

Absolutely love this place! Having grown up, about 45 min away from NYC, I cat attest that the thin crust pizza with pepperoni and black olives, makes me feel as if I have been teleported back home! The atmosphere, staff, and feel of I Fratellis is the perfect match to its quality food! P.S. And by the way, its also a pretty good value as well! 8-)

Ive tried this pizza place many times before this review but never left one. Today one of the employees at the Southlake location came into my business to leave us some free pizza because of how busy we get during the holiday season. Thus shows great customer appreciation and we surely appreciate them. Thank you!! :)

Pizza is phenomenal but what makes them stand out is the service. Joe has a wonderfully cheerful phone etiquette and compels customers to return. No hidden delivery charges. Always spot on.

Great! They dont mind kids with kazoos. One guy in the back looked and acted like he was in a bad mood, so though the pizza wasnt made worth love, it was still amazing.
