I received the wrong pizza from the delivery guy on 2/12/16. When I called to tell the store this, I was met with very rude behavior from the girl who answered the phone. She read my address to me, and when I corrected her because she got it wrong, the response was "thats what I said SIR!". She then proceeded to argue with me over the type of pizza I had gotten ( I got a supreme when I ordered a hamburger, green pepper and onion.) I told her I was allergic to the sausage on the supreme and was scoffed at by this person for it. She talked over me the whole time. When I talked to the manager she apologized and had a new pizza made. She told me it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes, but it took almost an hour. I will never give this Pizza Hut my business again. If this is their idea of customer service, then they dont deserve my money.

This Pizza Hut is the worst. Ive had 2 prior incidents with them. And now an order got delivered to the wrong place and I paid online. The store itself wasnt answering and then sounded busy. And I got through to a call center that takes online orders when stores are busy. She told me that there was no customer service number and that I had to either call until they answered or go up to the store. Completely done with this store. And Pizza Hut in general I guess since another store cant deliver it.

Not necessarily a critique of ths location in particular, but a strong dissatisfaction with Pizza Hut. I ordered double bread sticks deal off the $5 menu and they dont include sauce with the purchase. In my opinion, thats a terrible marketing gimmick. Why would I get get double bread sticks, if theres no sauce? Furthermore, the picture in the app shows sauce included with the bread sticks. Therefore, I conclude false advertising. One star for the $5 medium pizza that was just okay, and too oily.

Terrible customer service. This is the second consecutive time Ive ordered delivery and the driver didnt have Parmesan or crushed red pepper. How exactly do you deliver pizza and not have peppers or parm for the customer? Itd be like whataburger not having ketchup. This time I paid a $22 tab with $40 cash and the driver tried to walk off without giving my change. After catching her and asking for my change she says uh I only have $15.... Terrible customer service.

Im a regular Pizza Hut customer and rarely have I gotten a lacking pizza from this location in the past few years (now being late 2015), plus the staff here is almost always prompt & polite. My one minor complaint would be that I was once charged 25 cents for sauce drizzle on the side - which Im usually not charged for here or anywhere else. Another benefit to this particular location is that they have a drive-thru window!

This is a fast food restaurant chain that provides take-out or delivery of pizza and other food products. This location usually does a good job of preparing my pizzas as ordered online. They nailed it on my last order in July 2016 and each medium pizza was only $6.99 (online promo). The waiting area is small so I suggest you call in your order in advance or order online.

This pizza from this location is ALWAYS undercooked with almost NO cheese whatsoever. Seriously, virtually all sauce and toppings. The manager there sucks. One time he gave me two medium pan pizzas instead of the Panormous I got. And yeah, the crust is usually undercooked. Never go here. Go to the one at Harwood and 121 or the one on Brown Trail.

Based on walk up order the place works well. They didnt answer the phone when I called so I thought it might be full. Rather, it is because they are slamming out online orders as fast as they can. Outside could use a bit of sprucing up, but the inside is clean and tidy, and looks bright and inviting.

This location is decent. They usually give us the correct order and its fresh, but there have been a couple times where the pizza crust was burnt/order was wrong. We werent offered a refund. However, the customer service is usually awesome and the pizza is usually good.

We just recieved our food. We ordered two of their pizza box deals. We didnt get marinara, one of the sets of breadsticks were completely plain and the other was too hard to chew. And the pizza wasnt any better. We will not be ordering from this location again!

Received BURNT pizza. I have pictures to provide. How are they going to send out pizzas when they are BURNT BLACK. Called to speak to manager and she said she will give us $20 credit for the pizzas. Guess what, we never received any credit!
