I dont what these people are complaining about? obviously on a Friday or Saturday night a store that size is not going to be able to pump out pizza for the 20 plus people I always see in line plus what Im assuming a vast majority of delivery orders! The staff is running around crazy and yet still attends to each customer like they are the only ones there! I guess the people complaining have never worked in the food industry before and as a restaurant owner, they seem to be running as smooth and fast as possible! The food is standard to any Pizza Hut I have been to, but the customer service is what really makes me a returning customer

I ordered a large pizza with a brownie and a pasta for 1 and I emailed it in and at 8:45 then they Call me and inform me that they had nothing there that I ordered so I had to re order everything then I had to call them at 9:50 to ask when is my delivery gonna get to my house and she said they made the wrong pizza and they sent out the wrong pizza after the second time so I asked can I get a discount or something she said sure and that she was calling her driver and she would call me back but nobody ever called me back or came to my door!!!!!!! I dont even live 0.3 miles away!!!!!!

There are a few shining stars at this Pizza hut but the rest are useless. I just ordered a large 3 topping + 2 liter and other items. The pizza took an hour to get to my house less than .25 miles away AND they forgot my 2 liter...ok no big deal it happens i didnt catch it either. So i called back and the girl that answered had a horrible attitude BEFORE i even asked for my 2 liter. Note to self if i order from here again just go pick it up 10x faster and the guys that are usually at the counter are pretty cool.

I love the stuffed crust, breadsticks, and chicken pasta. And this store has some of the best service at a pizza place Ive been to....... although lately, I dont know what it is, but me and my family have been having some really bad stomach aches after eating here. Never had that problem before but now literally every time we order there we pretty much start throwing up even though the food taste good to us. Curious. Other than that weirdness service is great, the store, although small, is nice and clean.

Dont use absolutes too often....but, this pizza hut is NEVER on time with carry out orders, started keeping tracK 8 months ago and they are 0/19 as of tonight. Not being nit picky about the time either, as in they are 1 or two minutes late, every time its at least 5 minutes. But yet I keep coming back...insanity right?

Horrible management. And horrible customer service. They hung up on us at first, Once we were finished ordering. Called back and the guy had a attitude with us. Then while waiting a whole hour. Call to check on our pizza and the same guy tells us that he cancelled our order. And wouldnt tell us why.

This store sucks, they are always over an hour for delivery and still dont get stuff right. If youre close enough for them to be delivering, just go to the Kroger next door and buy the stuff to make your own; it will be faster and be made the way you want it.

In their infinite wisdom they use a call center to take orders...somewhere in india? After Too many questions for just a cheese pizza, when I arrived, my order was not there. Now I am ordering in person and waiting. Come on pizza hut, give me a break.

They must have new staff. We use to get our orders on time if not sooner and the pizzas were superb. For the last 2 months theyre late and the pizzas are always missing one thing or another and then on top of that theyre luke warm almost cold. YUCK!

Ordered 2 make-your-own pizzas online and neither was made correctly. Had to wait approximately 15 minutes for them to be made again. Enjoyed them once we got them home but by then the ice cream we had purchased at Kroger had melted.

Pizza is very below average here. I ordered 2 larges tonight, and 1 came out with no sauce and 1/3 of the pizza didnt have cheese or anything. I was shocked that it was able to leave the store in that condition. No more Hut for me!

I found a dead fly cheesed into my pizza. Digusting! My order was cast July 2nd at 1 pm. Dont order from here. God knows what else is crawling in their pizzas.
